When word got out of Tomioka Giyuu's death, it shook the townspeople. Ubayashiki wanted to help with funeral arrangements. Along with the many who were former demon slayers, they laid Giyuu to rest by the waterfall near Urokodaki's small cabin where he trained the now deceased water hashira. They dressed him in his demon slaying uniform, a blue Haori instead of his half red and green mix. The haori he used was from when he was spending his final days, He laid on a bed of Hydrangea, Delphiniums and Wisteria. Each of them paid their respects to their beloved comrade.

Tanjiro placed Giyuu's katana inside of the coffin, Nezuko placed her charm into the cold hands of Tomioka who had his water drop charm laying on him. Nezuko struggled to place his hands in the correct position to hold the charms because of the tears that wouldn't cease. Zenitsu helped her, when she returned to her original spot to watch the funeral. She was sobbing in Zenitsu's chest. Everyone placed a flower to align his grave; at the end of it all, Urokodaki placed a fox mask to cover Giyuu's face. He patted the hair of the young man for a moment.

Tanjiro felt for Urokodaki, another one of his children had died. And this time Giyuu was his longest lasting one. All of them wept for the hashira and began to pray for his soul to find peace. When he was finally buried, Tanjiro spoke to Urokodaki. He whispered to the masked old man,

"How did you manage to get all of the other Tomiokas to come here?"

"Giyuu requested to live a quiet life. He felt fear that his relatives would accuse him of murdering his parents and sister since he was the only survivor, plus a young traumatized child saying they were killed by demons. If he told anyone this story of demons, while covered in his own sister's blood..." Urokodaki stopped walking,

"It seemed impossible to believe right?" He looked at Tanjiro and his group of friends

In Tomioka's will, he gave the small house to Nezuko and Zenitsu as a gift, for he was certain they would be married one day. Tanjiro was to inherit the Kamado household, while Aoi and Kanao had the butterfly estate under both of their names. Which meant Inosuke and Aoi were set for life too. Zenitsu was very grateful for the wisteria protection as well, he and Nezuko swore to treasure that home until the end of their days.

Urokodaki told the boys to rest assured since Tomioka would be able to reunite in the afterlife with his friends that were buried alongside him. Zenitsu looked around, he saw many graves nearby. At last he under. This was not just Urokodaki's training ground, it was the beginning and end of all his children. His legacies that sadly died before he did, Zenitsu chose to keep what he found to himself. However, it was futile since Tanjiro and Nezuko were children of Urokodaki as well. Nezuko however had little to no memory of all these thing happening since she returned to a human.

Inosuke had a heightened sense for these things, and with his new levels of maturity it only took him a moment to catch on after Zenitsu did. For the first time Inosuke was totally speechless, he wanted to impress Tomioka. He even had his hair tied in a ponytail just like him. Inosuke wanted to show how grown up he was, he could now read and learned chores, he fell in love. Was now engaged and he finally wore a shirt. In this case everyone wore black for the funeral, Inosuke wore his demon slayer uniform in a proper style. The way Tomioka wore his, Zenitsu had grown more built and confident in his speed along with other abilities.

"At least the Tomioka bloodline isn't completely gone." Zenitsu said,

"Do you think that there's really another life after this one?" Inosuke asked,

"After everything we've been through, it's impossible to say there isn't. " Tanjiro smiled to Inosuke,

"Do you think we will see each other like how old man Urokodaki said?" Inosuke asked,
