Dick sat in his office chair, at his desk, doing his work, when they walked in. Five large, tall, and hostel looking men walked in. Dick reached down to the gun on his belt, eyes never leaving the five men. The the few observant cops in the work space also paused in their work to watch. As they approached the visitor desk, the secretary slowly laid his hand on the panic button just under the desk.

"How may I help you gentlemen?" The secretary asked.

The most well trimmed of the men walked forward, "We're here with an appointment with Commissioner Reno of the Bludhaven police departments. We're from the Chicago Police department."

The secretary took his hand from the panic button and started typing, "Yes. Three o'clock. Take a seat. Captain Reno will be with you when she gets back."

"She?" The man asked.

The Secretary looked up, a dangers glint in his eyes, "Yes, she. Will that be a problem?"

The man must have heard the warning tone because he shook his head, "No. No problem, just surprised. We'll take our seats."

Dick and the other few cops took their hands away from the guns on their belts. They slowly got back to work, looking up every so often to watch the new people sitting in the waiting area. Dick knew their captain would take some time. She had been called to Court for a disturbance and to testify against a person. It would be another three hours before she would even be able to call. It was also why Dick had been debriefed, with the Sargent, about the Chicago PD being there.

Dick glanced over at the Sargent who was just watching the other city cops with distain. Ralph and him might not get along, barely tolerating each other on a good day, but Dick and him agreed on one thing. Chicago cops were not welcome in their city. They both waited for over an hour before getting up an making their way to the cops.

Ralph looked at Dick with a scowl, "You ready for this rookie?"

"I've been here for two years Ralph. When are you going to stop calling me rookie?"

"When I die." Ralph smirked, "Just one wrong move and I'm kicking them out of here."

Dick hummed, "Hate to say it, but I agree."

"Their going to fuck with our heroes that work here and mess with our police force. I'll shove them off a roof if I have too."

Dick laughed softly, "I'll help."

Ralph and Dick stopped before the five cops. The five cops looked up at them, only one managed to put up a neutral expression. The one that managed the blank look stood up first, extending his hand.

Ralph took the hand, "Sargent Bargen. You must be Commissioner Racine."

The large, broad shouldered man nodded, "Yes. This is Detective Morgan and his team. Do you know why we're here?"

Ralph nodded, "Yeah, but we really don't need your help on this case."

The trench coat detective Morgan snorted, "We've heard about your vigilante."

Dick's inner sense of danger, bristled. Ralph, the homophobic asshat of a boss, glared darkly at the detective, "Our hero will not be hunted in this city. Not never, for no reason. Weather he is a gay, trans, or just for being a hero. He's our city's hero, you are not to get in his way at any time."

Morgan snorted, "Suit yourself."

"Can we talk about the case, please?" The Captain asked, "We want to get Prankster and return him too his cell in Chicago."

Ralph nodded, "You can investigate as you please but you do not have any authority in this City."

"I was thinking one of your detectives could work with Detective Morgan. Figure this thing out faster." Racine suggested.
