Kaldur rubbed his eyes, looking away from the screen.
"You've been at that for hours."
Kaldur looked up to see Artemis sitting in the chair right next to him. He hadn't even heard the woman sit down. Sitting at Artemis's feet was Wally, crunching loudly. Kaldur stared at them for a good minuet as he came back to himself.
"How long was I here?" Kaldur asked sitting back.
Artemis looked at her watch, "Six hours."
Kaldur sighed.
"What you lookin' into?" Wally asked with a mouth full of chips.
Artemis reached over pulling the screens towards herself, "Prankster?"
Wally looked up and frowned, "That's not Prankster."
"It's not your villain," Kaldur took a sip of his cold coffee and grimaced, "Nightwing's been hunting him. Since I'm his tag along I thought I'd take the time to see who we're going after."
"Guy doesn't look like much." Wally shrugged, "What's so bad about him?"
Artemis sneered, "He's smart. These are Batman's notes? It says here that his IQ range could be greater than Batman."
Wally whistled, "That smart right?"
Artemis glared at Wally a moment before flicking through the files Kaldur had been going through, "And why are you looking through Batman's file and his little team?"
"Because, Prankster likes to go through everything that is dirty, and corrupt and make it view able by the light." Kaldur explained, "All that focus is on Nightwing, and all bats tend to have dark secrets."
Wally grunted in agreement, "But what could be so bad about him? Other than the fact he's a stuck up prick."
"You're just mad he made you look like a fool." Artemis countered.
Wally pouted out his bottom lip like a child, "Well... I.... he-"
"He made you look like a fool." Artemis cut off.
"Hate the guy."
Kaldur snorted, "I was seeing if something may or may not incriminate them in their files but almost all of it is bland. Over views. Almost nothing about them. I know their's more but I'm restricted. I typed in Superman's code and it still kicked me out."
"What's in there, that not even Superman can know about?" Wally questioned.
"How about you ask me?" All three of them turned around to see Superman standing just inside the room, the door close and locked behind him.
"Hey Soops," Wally called, "What'ch ya' up too?"
Superman gave them all a look before sighing. Pulling a chair over to sit down on Kaldur's right side, "Their are things I or anyone else in the League know about the Bats or Batman himself. His training for one. I may know who he is but I don't know where he was trained or who trained him."
"You know who Batman is?!"
Artemis kicked Wally in the side with a glare.
"Please continue," Kaldur prompted when Superman didn't say anymore.
Superman laughed, "I get Wally's curiosity but you too Kaldur?"
"Excuse me for my rude behavior but I am now fighting side by side with this man, trusting him with my life. I wish to know who I'm trusting."
"Fair point. But I'll tell you a secret," He leaned in with a wide grin, "we didn't know Batman's Identity until we started creating the Watch Tower. We all needed a place to meet until than and Batman offered up his HQ. It was a huge shock to the rest of us. And we all realized that an identity didn't matter. Gotham trusted him without knowing his name, we could too."
