also, if anyone's bothered by lack of capitalization, this story literally has zero capitals, it was written at 3am with no proofreading and has basically been unedited since then. some ppl on ao3 were bothered by the lack of capitalization.
also also, a thing i thought would bother some readers is that there are ocs in here, basically just zuko's teahouse crew. they do talk somewhat, interact with zuko, but none of their characters take up a main role in the story. this story is just about zuko entirely.
the version on ao3 is divided in 3 very long chapters, but im breaking it up by segment to make posting easier
