Chapter 11- The Unexpected Proposal

I was shaking, Niall had his arm wrapped around me protecting me. My mind was racing, who were these people? What did they want? Were they going to kill us? What am I going to do? Then one of them, I assumed the leaded turned to Harry and said

“ Oh, is Harry also getting married?”

Taylor’s face was white Harry was trying to protect her by pushing her behind him, but then another man said

“ I think we should take Harry’s toy, maybe we can play with it .” He let out a large laugh

“ No please stop!” Taylor screeched as a man came up behind her and grabbed her.

Harry tried to fight the man but he was punched and fell to the floor.

“ Niall, I have a plan!” I wispered

“ No Sage, we can’t do anything stupid!” he replied

“ It’s not!”

Taylor was still fighting the man, kicking and screaming we all stood there like big idiots.

“ Niall, if we let them take Taylor!” I started

“ Sage that’s not going to happen! Fine what’s your plan?” he asked

“ Okay, we need to grab that guys gun.” I pointed at the man who was standing in front of where we were hiding. “ Then shoot the guy holding Taylor in the foot, and then run!”  

“ What about Harry?” he asked

“ Oh right,” I had forgotten about his crumpled body floor.

“ We need to distract them....when I shoot the guy in the foot you let out the birds in that cage over there!” I pointed to a large cage of birds that had been singing right before the attack.

“ Sage you’re brilliant those birds are trained to attack if we say rebels.” Niall whispered

“ Good now lets go, before it’s too late!”

I waited for my moment, then I seized the guys gun as Niall sprinted over to the birds cage screaming rebels.

He opened the door as I pulled the trigger and watched as the bullet hit the man holding Taylor right below the knee. He let out a cry of pain and let Taylor go.  

“ RUN!” Niall screamed as the birds pelted towards the rebels  

We all obeyed, Louis picked up the limp Harry and we all sprinted out of there. Niall was the last out and he slammed the door. Zayn hit a button and a iron gate came over the door.  

“ Now they can’t get out.” Zayn said  

“ Where were the guards?” how could they let this happen?” Niall roared  

“ Niall” Louis said his voice shaking “ Those were the guards.”  

“ WHAT!” Niall screamed  

“ I recognised the leaders voice as John..he was the head of security.”  

Taylor slid down the wall to sit next to Harry, she looked at him and began to cry. I sat down next to her and said  

“ It’s okay we're fine....”  

“ No we’re not! There are people who trying to kill us.” she sobbed  

Harry began to mumble, everyone in the room looked at him as his eyes opened. He looked over at Taylor and hugged her.  

“ It’s okay, it’s my fault I’m just glad you’re safe.” he said  

“ Ahem, Harry we need to talk about this.” Louis said  

“ What?” He said pulling away from Taylor  

“ Umm... she came here for Niall’s courting...you still have 2 more years.” Zayn said

“ Well...what if I love her? What if I don’t want to wait? By the time I get my time she will be to old! Besides you saw what just happened we don’t know what will happen five minutes from now!” he shouted  

“ Harry you have only talked to her twice!” Louis replied  

“ Umm..that’s not true.” Taylor cut in “ Umm... well...” she turned to me “ You know how we get date request from Niall?” I nodded “ Well mine weren't from Niall..they were from Harry. I’ve never actually been on a date with Niall.”  

Niall looked at Harry dumbfounded  

“ Harry!” Niall Laughed  

“ What?” he asked  

“ Really, it’s just funny, that you fell for a girl that came here to fall in love me.”  

“ Wait, Wait, Wait, Niall so you’re okay with this.” Louis said nodding at Harry and Taylor  

“ Ya I’m fine with it, he loves her...a little too much for her one good!” Niall said  

“ Too much for my own good?” Taylor questioned  

“ Well you almost got killed back there because of Harry.” He replied  

“ Oh” she said  

“ So we’re all fine with Harry and Taylor but what about Mum and Dad?” Zayn asked  

“ Oh right.” Harry said “ Where are they?”  

“ I don’t know?” Louis said growing pale  

It all hit us at the same time,  

“ You don’t think.” Lila started  

“ Where were they Louis? Before the gunshots?” Zayn gasped  

“ Umm..Dad was in the Library with me, then I left to find Niall.” he said Louis looked like a ghost  

“ And Mum?” Harry said his voice shaking, he was still sitting next to Taylor  

“ She was with me, we were in the dining room eating and then she went back to her room.” Niall said he looked scared I got up and said  

“ Okay the Library is closest from here we should look there first!”  

“ Com’on!” Zayn said  

“ Wait!” Niall said “ I don’t think that it’s fair to put some of your lives in danger if I have made my mind up already.”

He addressed all the girls accept Taylor “ So I am only keeping 4 of you in the palace, the rest of you go pack up, we will send you home to keep you safe. The ones I wish to stay are Jo, Lila, Daisy, and Sage.”  

The other girls looked disappointed but slightly relieved they didn’t have to stay in constant danger.  

“ What about Taylor?” Ariel asked  

“ I’m going to marry her so she is staying!” Harry said  

“ If mum and dad approve!” Zayn said  

“ Now lets go we're wasting time!” Louis said sprinting towards the Library

Niall, Zayn, Harry, Taylor, Jo, Lila, Daisy and I followed Louis leaving the other girls to pack up. We rounded the corner and burst into a sight that made Jo scream.  

King Paul was dead on the floor.

A/n- Taylor is not Taylor Swifit, she is my best friend who asked if she could marry Harry. Thought you should know, its funny my bff Taylor has blond curry hair too..and she can sing..but she is the better Haylor!
