Flashback
"Never play with fire my sweet daughter" my mother told me.
"Never..play...with...fire" I said slowly.
"Your learning well my dear" mother stood up and started walking to the door.
"Were are you going?" I ask my mother.
"You need to get that through your thick skull" mother says while shutting the door and locking it. "Mom? Mom! Let me out!" I bang on the door. My back slides down the door as I cry out
End of flashback
"Wait so your hooking up with Tessa Young?" I yell as soon as we get out the door. He silences me by putting his hand over my mouth so no one can hear me.
He pulls me into a corner "no I'm not" he huffs.
"I know you are and I really don't care if you are I just wanna know."
"Fine okay I'm hooking up with Tessa" there it was again that sting in my chest.
"Knew it!" I try to laugh it off.
"See you around, Hardin" I walk off, a few tears streaming down my face before quickly wiping them off.
There I was playing with fire.
After walking far away from where I was I realised I was lost.
"Y/n?" I turn around and see Molly standing right behind me. She immediately saw my red, puffy eyes. "Oh baby!" she runs up to me embracing me in a tight hug.
I cry into her shoulder mumbling things every now and then. "Hes been hooking up with her" I laugh throughout my crys. "Dont worry we'll find someone that you can hook up with to make him jealous" she comforts me. "Okay" I sniffle.
"Let's go" Molly pulls me along with her.
------
We arrive at the frat house for the party that's happening tonight.
"Lets go find some drinks and then we'll find a guy okay?" Molly squeals
"Okay" I whisper back.
