Hardin's Pov
Watching her sleep is peaceful. It's not creepy..... just admiring her. I feel myself start to drift off to sleep.
In dream
I walk down the stairs, I can hear yelling and stuff breaking. I walk faster. When I reach the bottom of the stairs I scan the room. My eyes land on three tall men, one holding my mummy down and the other two beating her up.
"Mummy." I whisper, causing all of them to look my way. "Hardin, baby go up stairs for mummy." she say, tears welling in her eyes, she lets a tear slip. "Your hurting my mummy!" I yell.
"Listen to your mother kid. Go up stairs!" he yells.
"Hardin!" I feel someone shaking me. "Hardin!" the familiar voice says again.
I dart up, a thin later of sweat coating my skin. "Shh shh. It's okay." I recognise the voice this time, it's Y/n. "Hardin, this is the second time this has happened. You have to tell me what's going on or I can't help you." she rubs my back.
"I'll tell you soon." I whisper.
"Take your time, okay? But first do you need anything?" she asks me.
Water, I need water.
"Water." I whisper yet again. "Okay." she stands up and walks out of the room. I can hear a cupboard open and close then the tap turning on. A few seconds later she emerges out from the other room, walking in with a cup of water in her hand.
She hands me the cup of water, and with in seconds it's gone.
"Come here." she whisper, climbing back into the bed. She gently grabs my head and pulls it to her chest. I burying my head deep in the crook of her neck. I feel a soft kiss being placed on the top of my head. Her right hand finds it's way into my hair, ruffling it up, the other one drawing circles on my arm. I feel my eyes getting heavy again and before I know it, I'm back asleep.
Y/ns Pov
Hardin falls back asleep after a while. This is the second time it's happened, he has to tell me soon or I can't help him. But for now I'll give him space.
