3rd Person's POV

"Luna, what the hell is this?"

Levi was pointing at the bed, small empty glass bottles; two were empty and one was still full alongside the syringe. Scar does not respond, she just looks at the bed in shame, 'Please, bear with me.' Levi steps closer to her, grabbing a hold of his wrists, to get her attention. "This needs to stop. I'm going to throw it away." She tenses up at his words, he feels as though she is going to pull away, so his grip tightens.

Scar grabs a hold of his forearms as he grips her wrists holding her in place. "You can't," she pleas.

"I will."

"You don't understand, I need it." Her voice was quivering as she kept insisting.

"No, you don't." Levi lets go of her wrists, "I know you are going through hell right now, but you don't need this shit." He proceeds to grab the bottles, despite her tugging at his shirt. "This isn't helping you, it's just making you worse."

Scar tries to reach out for it, Levi swiftly dodges her. "Yes, it does. It makes me feel something." They kept staring at one another, there's a moment of silence as she tried to grab it again. "Levi," her eyes were glossy. "I just tortured a man, and all I feel is empty."

Levi despises hearing the plea in her voice. He knows the process is going to be rough in the beginning. But he had to be the bad guy, she can't rely on them. What she needs is support from the people she loves. He opens the window, chucking them as far as he can. Scar could only watch as her only source of temporary relief vanished. She could have rushed out and spent all night looking for it, but she knew he wouldn't let her.

What could make her feel now?

Scar walks closer to him, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Levi, I just want to feel something." One of her hands drifts to his cheek. She slowly pulls so he's looking at her, his calm grey eyes swirling to look into her stormy glossy blue eyes. She whispers out, as she inches closer to his face. "Make me feel something." And she kissed him. Her soft pink lips delicately press on his. His body tenses, unsure of if he should kiss her back and where to put his free hand, and - oh God, his heart is racing and his mind is whirling.

But it felt so wrong.

He could feel her trembling as she held onto the kiss. Scar removed her hand off his cheek, going for the buttons on her shirt, her shaking never stopped.

Levi pulls her away gently and tugs her shirt down so that she couldn't take it off. "Levi?" She gives him a confused look as to why he is stopping it, "please." Still shaking hands, she still tried to take the shirt off. All she's been doing is fucking up. This is one thing she was good at, hell she was trained for this.

"Scar, you're shaking." He pulls her head onto his chest, as he cradles the short strands of her black hair. "Not like this," he said.

Scar felt herself wrap her arm around him, and she closed her eyes as her tears poured out. He reassures her, "I'll help you get through this, we are a team." He kept stroking her hair, whispering reassurances to her. He let her know, he was not mad or disappointed. He knew she just needed some help and discipline to make her quit. Scar let herself soak up his words, she really needed this. She just didn't know how to ask for it. She felt like she couldn't respond, but she promised in her head, 'Please, I will keep fighting to get myself back... That's what a soldier does; fight to their very last breath.'

After she calmed down, Levi helped put her to sleep. He laid down beside her in silence as they stared at the ceiling till she managed to sleep.

Levi turned to his side, tugging the greasy short strands off her face. He would do anything to put a smile back on her face. Not just for a smile. He'd do anything to make her happy. He promises to himself that he will always be there for her. Today, tomorrow, and every single day after that.
