I love this book Stranger With My Face by Lois Duncan (Bestselling Author of I Know What You Did Last Summer). I've always wanted to try astral projection. Actually, I tried once but failed. I know it's dangerous. I might not get back into my body and die or someone else would take my body and pretend to be me. I finished reading it last night and right after that I watched the movie. Sadly, I dislike the film. >.< It really is different from the book.

Waaa I'm soo disappointed! I shouldn't expect much. First, Laurie's dad was an author and her mom was an artist. In the movie, it's her dad who was the artist and they killed him there. Which made me sad! I like her dad and her parents were likable in the book. Second, she had two siblings, a younger brother and a sister. In the movie, she had one and not the same name with the book. Third, Jeff Rankin had a monster-like description and was not a cripple till the accident happened. In the movie, Jeff wasn't hideous. Fourth, Laurie's twin Lia was alone when Gordon and Natalie saw her on the night of the party. Laurie was sick and wasn't able to make it to the party. In the movie, she was with Jeff. Fifth, Helen gave her a necklace to protect her from danger. In the movie, it didn't exist. Sixth, Helen was the one who told Laurie about astral projection and bought books about it till she had an accident and was in a coma. In the movie, it was Laurie who told about it to Helen. She even borrowed a book from the library. Lastly, I don't like the actors and actresses especially that Asian girl. Ahahaha!

The things that I like are the astral projection and the evilness of Laurie's twin Lia is
consistent both in the book and the film.
