Oh my God. What did I just say?

"I mean uh.. I'm jealous because you got a friend other than me!" She corrected herself, though it could still be misinterpreted. Y/N being the slow guy he is, got his hopes down.

Of course. What did I expect...

"I can't possibly have only 1 friend, you know. Surely you also think like that, right?"

"It's more than enough, if it's you."

"You know, you should-" Feeling a red flag might come if he continued, he stopped before he could say more.

"Should?"

"Should.. try to open your heart and let others into your life? The more friends, the better. If you think you can't do it, then I'll be the bridge between you and the club members. That is, after we finish this problem of yours."

"...I'll think about it."

"Good." He rubbed her head, soothing the girl. "Should we get some sleep then? It's late, after all."

"Right."
_______

Few days later..

Having finally found something to be worked on, the occult club members gathered in a room that they have been assigned to. Inside the room, Eunbi told the rest of the members a summary of it as Y/N told them the specific details.

"Are we going to be ghost hunters?" Han asked jokingly.

"We are not going to be ghost hunters!" She retorted.

"What're we gonna do then, unnie?"

"First of all, we need to gather as much information as we can regarding ghosts. We'll use some cases from what we can find, and use it as our guide. Who knows? Maybe we'll find even more cases that we can discuss. Such as..."

Eunbi was so immersed in talking about club activities that the others wouldn't dare to intercept her speech. She kept on talking about the plans she thought of for the club, which most people would probably find to be exhausting. But for some reason, they found it to be quite interesting as her words were more than enough for them to look forward to.

"If there're no other questions, we should move onto our first case. Paranormal activities in Y/N's house."

"Unnie. Before we start, I might want to remind you that this is a place where his family is currently living. If we were to go and investigate the room in person, it would be better that we only send about 2 to 3 people. Including Y/N-oppa, of course."

"Ah, you're right. I don't want them to think of us as a nuisance. I guess we'll have to choose the members first before we continue. How many people do you think your parents will allow, Y/N?"

"Probably as much as Wonyoung had suggested. Three people would be the maximum number."

"Okay. With you included, that means we should have 2 more slots. Anyone want to volunteer?"

"If we're going to do it this week, I'm sorry noona, but I don't think I'll be able to join." Han apologized, placing both of his hands together.

"That's okay. What about you, Wonyoung?"

"I'm sorry unnie, but I don't think I'll be able to do it either. I wouldn't have expected our activity to start so soon."

"I'm grateful enough that you're able to join our meetings, Wonyoung-ah. I guess that leaves me and Chaewon! What do you think, Chaewon-ah? Are you in?"

"I don't have anything planned for this week, so I'm in."

"Great! That means it'll be us three who will be going to your house, Y/N." Eunbi knocked the table, meaning that the decision was final.
