Ok, I'm giving Dazai a bit more love for that wonderful enemies-to-lovers trope.... I think.

As Aktugawa kept Chuuya back you ran out the room and into the hallway. "I can't do this... I'll have to have someone else do the mission." You said holding your head in your hands crying. You then took off down the hall, running out of the place. 

You kept running and running and running. You then found yourself at a graveyard. 

This is the same place Dad was buried.

You then saw a tree in the middle. 

I remember that tree... I use to sit by it when I was sad.

As you walked up to the tree you saw someone sitting up against a tombstone. 

"Dazai...?" you said getting the male's attention. "Hmm?" He said opening his eyes to look at you. "What... what are you doing here?" You asked sitting next to him. "Just visiting an old friend, what about you?" He said looking in your eyes, then looking at what was in your hands. Apparently, you had the plush dog in your hands still. 

"I just got overwhelmed and I guess my childhood self lead me here," You said holding onto the stuffed dog tighter, to the point you were shaking. "Calm down," Dazai said putting a hand on yours. "You don't have to tell me anything but if you do want to talk to me you can. I'm a little overwhelmed too, that's why I'm here also," He said smiling at you. 

"Oh... I just wasn't suited for the job and got upset that's all," You said masking all your sadness with a smile and a small laugh. 

"Hmm, well can I ask you something? Why did you come here as a child?" He asked looking out into the grave. "Oh well... you see my parents were alive when I was younger, way before Atsushi was born. But I was super close to my dad... but after mom left and got killed, he... committed." You said hugging yourself a bit and biting your lip to keep the tears from falling. 

"Oh, I'm sorry..." He said sounding genuinely sorry. "It's not your fault, it's not like you killed my mom," You said laughing a bit and playfully punching his arm. 

"How?" Dazai said after laughing a bit. "How did we go from hating each other to being friends?" He said putting an arm around your shoulder. "Acquaintance," You said crossing your arms playfully. "Ouch!" Dazai said holding his shirt and playfully acting hurt. You both laughed a bit. 

After the sun had set you both heard a loud BANG Making you and Dazai on alert. You both then got up and started running toward the nice. You transformed into a tiger as Dazai ran close behind. Once you both got to where the bang came from you transformed back and looked out onto the large field. When you both looked closer you guys saw that there was a red aura around... someone or something. 

"Chuuya..." You said noticing that red light that surrounded and shot out. "He's corrupted... Dazai! Please... help him!" You said holding his arm and crying. 

Without any hesitation, Dazai ran to Chuuya, leaving you behind. "Chuuya you better not die on me idiot" Dazai mumbled to himself as he got closer. 

Quickly Dazai made it to Chuuya and slapped him. "Idiot! Do you know how worried Y/N was!? Do you know you could have killed people!? Innocent people!" He yelled at Chuuya who was now standing still and having blood, sweat, and tears all fall from his face. 

"She... What worried?" Chuuya said before passing out in Dazai's arms. 

As Dazai carried Chuuya back over to you, You looked at Chuuya and started to cry hard. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean any of it! I was just mad!" You said hugging Chuuya. Dazai just watched you hug the copper-haired male. Dazai felt... sad? angry? No... he was jealous. 

As you grabbed a cloth from your pocket you started to clean the blood from Chuuya's face. And just as he was about to wake up, "Y/N let's let our doctor handle him." Dazai said grabbing your hand and helping you up off the soil. "Yeah... ok," You said walking away to call your friend. 

Once you were away from the two men Dazai bent down to Chuuya. "I won't let you have her." He said before knocking Chuuya out again. 

"We should hurry!" Dazai said picking up Chuuya and walking to you. "Ok! Let's go, hurry!" You said running to the agency. 

After getting Chuuya to Dr. Yosano, you walked with Dazai back to his apartment for a few drinks. 

As you sat down Dazai grabbed a bottle of alcohol and two cups. He then walked over to you and sat down. "Here, to calm your nerves." He said handing you a cup that was now full. "Thanks, but we have work tomorrow," You said declining the cup. "Just one will be fine," He said putting the cup in your hand. "*Sigh* Ok fine," You said taking a sip. 

After a few more drinks and conversations later you ended up passing out on Dazai's shoulder completely drunk. Dazai on the other hand was fine until he saw that you were sleeping on his shoulder. He started to blush a bit but then let out a small chuckle. 

Let's get you to bed

He then picked you up and sat you on his bed. Just as he was about to let go you pulled him closer. "d-don't...lea..ve...p-please..." You said drunk and half asleep. Dazai just sighed and laid down with you. "As you wish," He said holding you close. And soon you both fell fast asleep with your head on his chest and his hand in your hair and the other around your waist. 

The next morning you woke up with a headache. "Ughhhhh! My head hurts so much!" You wined forgetting about sleeping with Dazai, till you saw him smiling at you. You started to blush like crazy then quickly lifted the blanket to make sure your clothes were still on. You then sighed seeing you were fully clothed. 

Thank god

"What? Did you think I would get you drunk and seduce you?" He said with a smirk and pulling you close to his chest. 

I can hear his heartbeat... It's going wild...

"No, but then again I wouldn't put it past you." You said laughing a bit. "Ouch!" You said holding your head. "Here take this," Dazai said grabbing a bottle of water and some meds from the side table. "Thank you," You said grabbing them and taking the meds.
