We got detention. Well,the four of us. Harry,Ron,Hermoine,Hermione and I. It was because we got into trouble. Hagrid took us to the forbidden forest as the detention. He was half giant. I really didn't want to go there but I wasn't going to chicken out lest Potter makes a fool of me.
I carried the lantern as I walked with Harry through the forest. I protested and Harry accused me of being scared. As if. It was only because the forest is known to be the home to many dangerous animals and creatures. Werewolves for instance. Unicorns used for their silvery blood which, if drank, increases lifespan. Centaurs were also known to inhabit the forest, a creature of hybrid that is half horse, half human.
It was quite frightening. Yet we made it through.
