The route was short but wonderful. We passed through meadows full of flowers I had never seen before, a lake where I went with my mom when I was little. The driver was very kind and asked me if I wanted to sit in front of him but I was so devoted to the prince's letter that I could no longer contain my smile.

       What did this necklace mean to him? I will ask him . The truth is that I am a bit anxious because I'm not really used on going out often, especially with boys . From what I read in the newspaper the prince is 1 year older than me. I will not lie, he is cute and pretty but i hope his personality will be the same .  

      The carriage stopped infront of a huge gate with blue flowers everywhere. A guard came towards us andsmiled as soon as he saw me "welcome, we were waiting for you" andopened the gate pulling a lever.

       Warm smiles welcomed us, the carriage continued to move until it stopped next to a sign. The driver opened the door shaking my hand. We continued walking on a marble path. About 10 minutes later Mariz arrived at my side with a huge black envelope in her hands. She noticed that I was looking at her "this is also part of my duty" she said with er head up walking proudly "what exactly is your job in the castle? without becoming indistinguishable" I asked her "Well I'm the prince's personal maid and assistant" she said with a real smile on her face "I'm taking care of his meetings and help him however I can" a thought of them being together crossed my mind and felt dumb for thinking that the prince liked me . 

        Of course my facial expressions didn't go unnoticed by Mariz "what's wrong" she asked me calmly "Do you not feel strangethat I will go for breakfast with the prince while you are with him? "aloud laugh left her lips" if you pass me for a 18 years old you flatter me "she said and put her hand on my shoulder " I raised Ansel since ..." she paused for a second " since he was little , I'm like a nanny . Oh and sadly I'm not 18 anymore , I'm actually turning 43 in two months" she answered with a smile on her face

It was huge . Like I had never seen anything like that before . It was all decorated with white and silver details . It had many large stairs, the railings were in a soft shade of blue almost gray. We went up the right staircase where it led us to a huge door. Mariz discreetly rang the silver bell. A thin girl with blond hair and blue eyes greeted us with a huge smile hugging us so tightly that I could not breathe "okay Tella It will be a pity if you drown our guest still did not come in" Ansel appeared as he buttoned his white shirt .

         The shirt showed off his fit muscles making him even more attractive. His black trousers showed his high legs. He was definitely 6 '0 if not more . He started coming towards me and I froze. "Good morning" he said kissing me gently on the cheek "good morning" I said and got up on my toes to do the same. I noticed that he closed his eyes so he felt just like me. 

     That's good Tella started screaming with excitement looking at us so close and I'm sure I will do the same when I go home. "My little sister gets a little too excited about stuff that has to do with me," Ansel said looking into my eyes " So I guess I am one of those" I smirked closing the distance between us by bringing my hand on his chest .

          He smirked back and grabbed my hand gently and started walking. We reached the garden and sat at a table. A maid asked what we wanted and we answered without leaving each other's eyes the whole time "you look really pretty today" he said leaning back at his chair . I don't know if that was an insult or a compliment . " always" I answered full of confidence taking a ship of my coffee .

           A big chuckle escaped his lips that made shivers down my spine "always" he mimicked me with a smirk . "so how is your life ?" I asked and he gave me a confused look "as a prince I mean" " well it's good I guess" he laughed "noone has never really ask me about it" he said and looked me in the eyes " talk to me then" I answered not breaking the eye contact "I guess I'm your friend now right? That's what friends do" "sure" he answered with a smile and I smiled back "so you did you like the necklace?" he asked "yeah it's really beautiful. 

         Mariz told me that it's important to you . Thank you for trusting me to wear it" he looked at my neck and then back at my eyes "it suits you" he said and I didn't know what to answer so I gave him a big smile " It used to be my mom's" he added and I looked at him with a look full of worry " she ... died when I was 6" my eyes started burning " I'm so sorry , are you ok ?" stupid question of course he isn't.

      I got up and went to his place. His eyes never leaving mine. I bent down to hug him and he wrapped his hand around my waist and the other over my shoulders. His body was huge compared to mine .

       I tried to get up but his hold tightened more "stay like this for a while longer" he said in a heavy voice. I put my hand on his cheek and looked him in the eyes "damn you are beautiful even when you are sad" I said and gave him a kiss on the forehead.
