INFO:

-Cole, Kai, Jay are 21, Nya is 20, Lloyd is 17, Zane is idk.

Be aware: You may cry.

Played at the end of Season 3.

I hope you enjoy.

3rd Person POV:

Jay knew what was about to go down. He signed up for it when he became a ninja. It's in his favor that he needs to protect the ones who cannot protect themselves. He already saved innocent on multiple occasions, defeated the overlord once, fought serpentine, but he never would have guessed that he was going to die so young. When he signed up, he meant it by heart, but that heart was now gone, shattered the pieces. He was a little conflicted as he saw that the plan that Borg, Wu, and Garmadon made, was ruined by now a little white Anacondrai. He was even madder when the overlord took all of his friends and his masters between his golden tentacle-looking things. He knew that 3 people just arrived on one of the rooftops. He knew who those three people were. When they went to unlock their powers, he could strangely sense every heartbeat in the room. He can sense that all three were scared, but one was particularly scared.

He knew what he had to. He used all his skills over the years to smoothly move and jump between the golden tentacles, managing to avoid them. He knew what he had to do. He knew that this was suicidal, he knew everyone would be devasted, he knew it would hurt to go out that way, he knew this would be the last time he would be able to see his friends and family, but most importantly he knew that he wouldn't be able to comfort them through the bad times. He knew what he had to do. He knew every outcome by heart. He knew that this is the only way to win, or at least try to. He knew what he had to do.

He landed on the roof, with rage in his eyes. He touched the small circle object in his pockets, memories of him and another person making it for someone special. He remembered the day it was like yesterday, it was a sunny day before the disasters. The person that helped him was Kai.

Kai. He had a perfect view of Jay, besides being upside down. He watched his determined face was looking for a path for the... Overlord. He watched as he placed his hands in his pockets. He knew. It not only hurt him but Kai too. He wanted him and her to be happy. He watched as he closed his eyes for a second and started to get ready in a jumping position. He knew what Jay had to do. He wasn't expecting this. He wished he could say sorry for every time he would make fun of him. He was ANGRY that he was not going to get his happy ending. The only thing was that he would help his brother.

Jay lowered his mask quickly to say the last ever things he would say in his life. He kept it simple. "I hope you will forgive me." He says with a slight smile. Everyone was confused by this, except two people, Kai and Zane.

Zane. He knew what was about to come. He had calculated every outcome beforehand, and this was the only future they would all survive with the price of one. He was bothered by someone dying. He was programmed to protect the ones who can't protect themselves. But what bothered him was that he knew that Jay, would be able to protect himself. He still couldn't believe that one of his brothers would do something so dumb yet so protective. He couldn't believe it. He couldn't. His emotion switch switched to DENIAL.
