Plants vs Zombies Friendships

Everything's going to be ok (Crazy Dave x Worried! Dr. Zomboss reader)

Everything was different here. The Plants and Zombies are becoming best friends with each other and we made peace.

I was happy about this, but somehow this terrible feeling over me made me feel...scared.

I had this nightmare where me and Crazy Dave made an experiment. An experiment on making Plants coming to life. Then something horrible happened... A sudden outbreak exploded in our own research and I got passed out. I wasn't dead, I was...alive. Then I....... I'm not sure what happened next, but it's much worse than that.

Anyways, I was at Crazy Dave's place. Crazy Dave was smiling at himself, feeling so happy in his life. I smiled at him.

Crazy Dave sit beside me, still smiling as always. I look down on the floor, trying to avoid eye contact. I can feel his hand wrap around my neck as he look at me.

"Hey David...?" I ask him.

"Yes Edgar, my best inventor in the world?" Crazy Dave said with a smile.

"I...are we...." I try to say something, but all I can feel was worry inside me.

"What's wrong? You don't look happy." Crazy Dave said in a worried tone.

"..." I went silent for a bit before asking him.

"Are we....still friends?" I ask Crazy Dave.

"Of course we're friends! We're best friends!" Crazy Dave happily said before he look at me in worry. "Why the long face?"

"It's just that..." I look at my hands and then, with enough courage, I look at Crazy Dave and told him about what happened in the past.

"Even since I was a human, we used to make experiments like making Plants coming to life. Then there was an accident....a blow up occur a-and t-then......I was dead....."

Crazy Dave kept on listening to my story. I begin to cry and put my hands on my brainy head to control myself.

"I-I made so many mistakes! I was hungry for revenge! I was so scared, I couldn't even control myself! Not even me!"

"Edgar..." Crazy Dave called me.

"... I-I'm sorry David... It's just that I wanted to take over the world and rule as the ruler of worlds. I made so many mistakes, to try to eat your brain. Making me rule more than ever before...."

I cover my eyes with my hands, feeling tears fall from my face.

"Edgar..." Crazy Dave called me again as he put his hands on my shoulders.

"I'm sorry David!" I shouted at him, feeling more scared than ever before.

"Edgar, buddy calm down. Everything's going to be ok." Crazy Dave said in a comforting voice. "B-but... I...."

"It's ok Edgar... Shhh....." Crazy Dave calmed me down a bit. I wrap my arms around him as I cried, feeling nothing but pain inside me.

"I know things didn't go well in the past, making you feel stressed out and full of worry. But soon, it'll be all better! Then you won't have to worry that much. We'll be happy and then you don't need to be scared anymore." I can hear Crazy Dave's conforting words get to me. I start to calm down some more as my eyes shut close.

"David... I feel...tired.... You don't mind if I sleep in your room?" I ask him. "Sure, I'll take you there."

"You'll help me when I needed the most, right..?" I ask him again. "Yeah. You don't have to worry." Crazy Dave said.

"Promise...?"

"I promise."

"T-thanks. Good night David..." I said as I fell asleep in his arms and that was it.

"Sleep well Edgar... You'll always be my best friend. We'll be happy together forever!"

Crazy Dave was right. We will be happy together as best friends. Together forever.
