Your POV

I woke up at about 7 am and grabbed the few sandwiches my mom had made for all of us. As soon as I was done, I went for a walk around the neighborhood. After all, today was my last day here.

I didn't bother to call anyone since they were probably sleeping or getting ready for my wedding. When I walked back to our apartment, I saw that the spa ladies were already there.

They asked me to have a warm, relaxing bath before they could start. After all the rubbing and drying off, I was waxed, oiled, massaged, and perfumed until I couldn't feel myself anymore.

They were now washing my hair so I called up Seyeon and Eun-Hye to come over. My hair was being blow-dried when I heard the bell. "Y/N you smell like you were buried in a flower bed," Seyeon remarked.

"I guess I smell way more floral than I thought, anyways did you guys like the dress," I asked, looking at them through the mirror. I remembered the bridesmaids' dress. It's a beautiful dress, no lie in that.

"Yes! It's really pretty!" Eun-Hye said as Seyeon nodded in agreement. The spa ladies had now left, leaving me and my friends to chit-chat a little bit. My mom made tea and biscuits for us.

A few hours later, different ladies came to do my hair and make-up. Seyeon and Eun-Hye had already left since they needed to get ready. "Do you like your hair?" a woman that seemed to be in her mid-thirties asked.

I looked up at my hair through the mirror to see it beautifully done with curls in the right places. I met her eyes and nodded. "Yes, it's pretty, thanks to you," I smiled as she did the same.

The women were done with my hair and make-up very professionally as they guided me to step into the beautiful, big white dress. She zipped up the back and put on the tiara that Mrs. Park had requested that I wear.

She then put on the veil on me, completing the look. My mom walked in and looked at me like she was about to cry. "You look beautiful, Y/N," she said. I looked at her and smiled. "Everyone's waiting, are you done?" she asked, wiping her eyes.

"I'm done, eomma," I said as I took a deep breath, as I walked out of the apartment and got into the car that was going to take me to where the wedding was going to be held. We then shortly arrived at a five-star restaurant.

But the restaurant was reorganized with an aisle for me to walk on and a sitting place for the guests, as I saw through the glass walls. They must have booked this whole area.

I got out of the car and fixed myself one last time before walking in. All eyes were piercing through me. Everyone was expecting the bride. There were a lot of familiar and unfamiliar people, most of them being unknown.

I saw that my brother had come to my wedding. He was overseas for work and had come for the wedding. He smiled at me as I gave him one back. Having a seven-year age difference led us to get along but not getting at times, me being the younger one.

Soon, it was time for me to walk on the aisle. There was a beautiful bouquet of flowers in my hand as I walked through with my dad. People were cheering and clapping from all around the room.

As we came closer, I felt my heartbeat go up, I was getting more and more nervous. I looked over at the handsome young man, whom I was getting married to. He flashed a gorgeous smile towards my dad and everyone at the arena, a smile which seemed to be a fake one.

The priest was standing, smiling at us as he cleared his throat. "Do you, Kim Y/N, take Park Jimin, to be your lawfully wedded husband to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part?" he asked.

"I do," I said shakily, in a weak voice. The priest then continued over at Jimin.

"Do you, Park Jimin, take Kim Y/N to be your lawfully wedded wife to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part?"

"I do," he said emotionlessly as the same fake smile appeared again. "You may now kiss," the priest said. Jimin put an arm on my waist. Was he really going to kiss me?

He looked at me, as I stared back at his dark eyes, damn, he's beautiful. I was shot back to reality with the rising beat of my heart. He pulled me closer and placed his plump lips right beside mine, leaving a soft, meaningless peck.

The sound of cameras was flashing all around the place. I noticed how there were so many cameras and photographers. At this point, he's literally a celebrity. Then, it was time for me to throw the bouquet to the crowd.

All the ladies were gathered up a few feet behind you, waiting for the flowers. I threw them over my head with a huge grin and looked behind to see who caught them. Seyeon was the one. I guess she's getting married next.

Everyone was having a great time. Some drinking, chatting, kids running around and the ladies gossiping. I saw that Jimin was with six other guys around my age for the whole time.

Soon, the day had come to an end and I was bidding goodbyes to my family and friends. "Y/N-ah, you'll remember us right?" they said. "Of course! How could I? Let's talk and meet up sometime? Hmm?" I said as they responded in agreement.

"Call us every day, okay?" your dad said, hugging you as your mom was engulfing you from the other side. "Don't worry about me," I smiled at them. "I'll be fine. Eat well, hmm?"

"Take care, you goat!" my brother exclaimed at me as I replied with "Stay safe and happy, you monkey!" "Y/N-ah, be safe and tell us everything. Also, visit us often," mom said in a teary voice as she was crying.

"Eomma! You're going to make me cry too," you said, already sobbing. Then Jimin's mom then came over to me and engulfed me in a hug. "Call me if anything happens. Don't care about anything and walk straight. You are a diamond among millions of stones. Take care, Y/N-ah," she said, lifting my mood and brightening me.

"I will, eomoni, make sure to take care of yourself well, along with abeoji. And don't skip meals or medicines," I said, remembering the one time she gulped down a tablet in front of me.

I looked at Jimin to see him being hugged by the same six men. I could hear them wishing Jimin well.

"We will leave now then," he said as the driver sat on his seat. I took a step into the car as I heard my mom shout "Be healthy and happy, Y/N-ah!" Jimin then hopped in bedside me as the guys were loading the suitcases into the car trunk.

Eomoni told me not to bring much stuff, only the most necessary that I would like to keep, not even clothes. I wondered why, so I bought a very few of them, mostly the ones I cherished the most.

"You're all set to go," Jimin's dad said, patting the limousine that would take us to wherever I'm going. The driver then started to take us through a route I never went before. I was looking out through the window, orange street lights in the dark, navy night sky.

Jimin and I didn't even say a word. He would also look out the window, occasionally checking his phone. I saw that we arrived at a very tall building that read 'Checkmate Residence'. Checkmate Residence?! It's where the richest people of all Korea live!
