So basically, this bird man and his cat girlfriend are contacted by a glowy red man who tells the bird man to fight a couple of not very nice people. The bird man goes to rocky hot place and meets a boring human who ships him with his cat girlfriend.
The bird man fights a dude made of rocks and finds out he was trying to do the haha funny and commit arson. The bird man teaches the boring human how to not be terrible at cooking and then meets with another boring human. The bird man tells the other boring human to make arrows for him but he has to go to the hot lava world and get the materials himself.
The bird man goes to the hot lava world and steals some shiny black metal, he also meets the future villain and goes back to the other boring human. The other boring human starts on the arrows while the bird man goes back to talk to the first boring human.
The first boring human tells the bird man that the dude made of rocks was working for the not very nice people. Then the bird man sneaks on the not very nice people's boat and breaks into a prison, freeing one of the most stupidly overpowered characters in the series.
The bird man and the stupidly overpowered character find out the not very nice people want to attack a couple of monarchs and go get the bird man's conveniently finished arrows from the other boring human, then they go to big city.
In big city, the bird man and stupidly overpowered character meet the bird man's cat girlfriend and save her from the not very nice people. The leader of the not very nice people has a dragon kills some people.
The bird man, glowy red man, and glowy blue girl all fight the leader of the not very nice people and his dragon and save the big city.
