-----2023 (5 years after the end of season 3)-----

A big group of friends was having a good time hiking in the Nahuel Huapi National Park in Argentina, right now they were coming closer to the Mascardi Lake, which was surrounded by big mountains.

As they were talking and walking in groups, more specifically, the girls were walking together, which meant Luna, Nina, Jim, Yam and Delfi. Few steps ahead of them went the leaders of the expedition, who were obviously Gastón, Matteo and Ramiro and the whole group were closing Nico and Pedro, who were walking close enough to the girls to hear them when the two of them stopped talking.

Pedro just finished his sentence, telling Nico all about the dinner that he had prepared for Delfi, when both of them heard Nina saying to the girls with a conspiratorial smile on her face. Nico assumed that the boys at the front had heard them too, because they suddenly slowed down their pace.

"I read that it is said in this part of the country that the mountains hide secrets inside and if you are lucky, you find a magnificent lagoon in the heart of the mountains or you can tell them a secret and if no one is in sight who could hear you, the mountains will guard it forever."

Jim asked. "Wait, really?" Nina nodded. "Yes, I read it in the book about the Mascardi Lake."

Gastón caught Nina's gaze and simpered at her, a sly smirk playing on his lips. Nina averted her eyes from him, well aware now that their partners had heard her and feeling slightly embarassed because of that.

Jim turned her head to the left a little, curious if Nico had heard what Nina was saying. He was acting neutral, but as he looked up at her and met her eyes, she could tell from the light, yet naughty smile that he gave her that he did hear it.

Jim walked over to him, entwining her fingers with his. She whispered to him, so that only Nico could hear her. "I wonder if it's true." She stated innocently, however, her eyes full of sparkles revealed her true intentions. Nico reciprocated her smile, raising one of his eyebrows at her, playing along.

"You wanna try then?" He whispered, his lips only milimetres away from hers. Jim batted her eyelashes, knowing that this always drove her boyfriend crazy. "I'd love to, but there's too many people."

She pecked his lips, but Nico pulled her close, making the kiss last longer. Soon enough, they heard their friends taunting them. Ramiro exclaimed louder than the rest. "Get a room, you two!"

Gastón laughed. "I wouldn't say this, bro, or they really will!"

While Jim's cheeks were turning red, Nico just shook his head, saying. "Grow up."

So they continued walking. But soon enough, they decided to part ways, because the trip was way too long for Luna, who was four months pregnant with her and Matteo's first child, and Delfi and Yam grew tired.

Ramiro, who would have loved to go to the glacier, gave up his efforts and decided to walk to the lake with Yam. He turned to Jim and Nico, asking. "Are you going with us, Jim?"

Jim exchanged a look with Nico, agreeing without saying a word, before responding. "Actually, we wanted to take the path on the left, it should be a bit longer, but the outlook is magnificent."

Ramiro raised his eyebrows, but didn't question it. "Okay, see you at dinner then." Nico nodded with a smile. "Yes, see you there."

As the rest of their friends were leaving, Luna winked at Jim knowingly. Jim blushed and asked Nico. "Are we really that conspicuous?"
