Twelve

A few weeks later a dress is arriving at the apartment.

"Dear Allison, For the Award show. Enjoy your debut! -Your father"

Allison pulled the floor length, red dress out of the bag, sighing as she looked it over. She had failed in getting closer to Jin, so the last thing she wanted to do was go to an award show and be forced to be seen with him in public.

Jin is in the Hybe main office. "What do you mean? I have to go public with her? No way." He shouts. The CEO shakes his head. "This is just the coming out." "Coming out? Might just already announce my engagement... it's the same message." The CEO shrugs and Jin is furious. "Your other members are also bringing their soulmates to the red carpet. You can finally do the same. Maybe also de-color your hair so it matches with hers." Jin grabs his hair. "De-color it? Are you mad? I might as well advert it." "Jin.... don't be a rebel. Just...do it okay?" The CEO sighs. Jin is still furious when he leaves the office. Fine. But I will keep my distance from her.  Jin goes to the dressing rooms.

Allison went into the bathroom and began getting ready, putting her makeup on as she stared at herself in the mirror. Tonight was going to be horrible. She'd have to be publically seen as Jin's soulmate, and in front of huge crowd of people, one of her biggest fears. She styled her hair simply before slipping on the long red dress, looking at herself in the mirror. "I'm going to look so out of place.." she sighed as she smoothed the beautiful fabric. Jin is in the stylist room, getting ready. He has already been driven to the venue and is in the back room. The others have their soulmates with them in the room but Jin's too pissed to even talk to them. I hate all of their soulmates. I can't help but feel as if I lost them. The members. "Jin, where is your soulmate?" "Do you really need to ask, he probably locked her up in the bathroom." Yoongi says harshly, still not over that one time Jin left him after the discussion. Jin throws his bag down hard, and everyone heard the clinging sound of the glass bottles. Namjoon sighs disturbed. 

"Guys, even if we have a fight, please lets just... Be us out there. Don't worry the fans. Jin, can you please at least pretend you are fine?" Jin nods and smiles a fake smile. "Better?" He asks as he brushes his hand through his fabulous hair that is soft pink. Jin sighs and gets himself ready to reveal his color. Hoping his doom got in a car accident on her way to here.
Allison got driven to the venue where the award show was being held and had someone escort her to the room where the members were getting ready. "I don't want to go in there.." she said nervously as she looked at the woman who had led her back. "Is there anywhere else I can wait?" she asked. The staff looked around and found her a small area in the hallway where she could sit and be out of the way. Her stomach was twisting and turning, the thought of not only having to be seen with Jin but having to be seen with him in front of thousands of people was enough to make her feel like she was going to be sick.

Jin goes out with the members and walk in the hallway towards the gallery where the press gathers. He is the last to exit the room, seeing all the others having their SO at their arm. Jin looks around and sees Allison sitting in a corner, wringing her small hands on her lap. She looked even more nervous. Of course. She isn't use to all of this... She doesn't belong next to me. For a second he contemplates of just moving along and leaving her there It would be a blessing for her to be out of the spotlights. He thinks as he is feeling that that's what's best for her. He turns around but somehow feels like he would get into bigger problems if he didn't show up with her. Just keep your distance Jin. If she fucks up, it's all on her. I swear if she fucks up in front of all those people I will just leave her behind. I don't care. I won't let her tarnish my image. Jin takes a deep breath and turns around. "Allison?"

Allison was pulled from her thoughts as she looked up at the sound of Jin's voice. She tried to manage him a small smile as she stood up and walked over to him, "Hey." she said softly, looking over his outfit. "You..look very handsome tonight." she said."Shall we go? Follow me to the spotlight." Jin smiles a polite smile in front of all the staff. He looks at her dress and frankly she looks stunning. She is a plain mouse but the dress is such stunner, the dress actually makes her look good. Guess the clothes do make the man. I make the clothes though. He doesn't hold out his arm or hand, making it clear he won't touch her or look as if we are a couple. In fact, he puts his hands in his pockets to make sure she doesn't get tempted to hold it. He walks in front of her, trusting she follows. And if not, too bad for her. The other members all look behind to see the stunning soulmate Jin has for the first time. They are amazed at her, and even their soulmates are looking with contempt at Allison. Especially since she walks with Jin, who is equally handsome and beautiful.
