Jin wakes up with Allison in his arms. Last night, her father just left with a wide grin on his face. That smug grin, I wish I could wipe it off his face... Jin feels like he lost with that grin. As if the father was confident in winning. Jin softly strokes some dark hair away from Allison's face and looks at how she is peacefully sleeping. He tired her out last night, to fuck away all his frustrations, and hers. He places a soft kiss on her head. She opens her eyes and turns to Jin. "Morn' Jin" She says, still sleepy. Jin smiles softly.
"Morning, Ally." He says and her eyes grow wide. "Ally?" "Yeah, I can't possibly be calling you by your full first name now, can I?" A blush spreads over Allison's face. She couldn't be more happy. The way Jin stood up for them yesterday against her father, made her fall in love again. The fury he unleashed during the sex last night, made her even more like beeswax in his hands. She loved this man so much, more now than before she knew about all of his self. She can finally see more often the soft Jin, the Jin he always seemed to have known. "Then I can't be left behind. How about I call you Jinnie?" Jin frowns and scrunches his nose. "Noooooo" He nags, but to no avail. She giggled and seemed to have made up her mind. He sighs.
Together they go to breakfast, and during the browsing on his phone he drops his spoon in his cereal, splashing up milk. "Jinnie?" Jin whistles between his teeth. "He does short work..." He shows her his phone and it's open on a dispatch article.
'Jin and his soulmate announced their wedding according to the official channels from company officials and Hybe confirmed'
She looks shocked at Jin and tries to read his face. They barely started to go out, and to already have a marriage impending would be probably asked for too much. In the article they mention how he is the eldest and how it's appropriate he starts the marriage chain so the others can follow, and other crap. Jin just pokes his cereal and looks paler than other times. "Jinnie... I-" She tries to find the right words but can't find them. The only thing she knows to do, is reverting back to her old self. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." She says in a small voice, scared he might lash out at her again.
She doesn't dare to look up and hears him get up as the chair scrapes over the floor. She braces to hear a slamming door but instead warm arms wrap around her shoulders and she can smell his comfortable smell. She softly raises her head and a kiss finds it's way against her neck. "Don't be sorry. I know it's not your fault." Her lower lip trembles. This is unexpected. This isn't at all the Jin that she has always known. She starts sobbing and Jin is surprised. He lets her go and turns her to him to wipe away her tears.
"No, nonono. Don't cry now... It's not your fault, I told you. I'm not angry..." But she sobs louder and Jin is more confused now. She hugs him and cries on his shoulder. He softly pats her because frankly that's all he can do in his confused state. She can't handle all the emotions she feels and all the love. There aren't even words to express it. She has no way of expressing all she is feeling at the moment. Jin's phone rings and he is pulled back to reality. She sobs more quietly but pulls back to let him go. He checks one more time on her and then grabs his phone.
"Hyung, how is this possible? Just yesterday you had your eureka moment and now a marriage?? I mean, I know you are fickle and stuff but this... shouldn't you have talked with Namjoon about it first?" Hoseok shouts through the phone. Not angry but worried. Jin sighs. "I didn't decide this... again. The same as with the soulmate announcement... It's not us..." Hoseok is quiet on the phone for a minute. "Actually, hyung, I'm kinda glad about it too..." Jin can't believe his ears. "Frankly, we all were kinda wanting to get hitched too..." He says carefully. "Me and Jessica have already started planning a bit too, just the major outlines... But she is also excited to start off our married life... And I heard from JK's Hana too, through Jessica, that she is growing impatient. Afterall she feels like they will be the last to marry..."
