allies or enemies (dream x fem!oc)

part 9.

"allura?" techno called up the ladder. dream was gonna be there any minute.

"i think it'd be best if i just stay up here when you two talk about tomorrow." allura said, sitting on a chair.

"because of that kiss?" he asked as he climbed up.

"you saw that? oh my god. it was so out of nowhere. he keeps me locked up for 2 weeks then he kisses me? like what the fuck." she groaned, running her hands through her hair.

techno laughed, shaking his head. "you're oblivious. he likes you."

allura just stared at him. "well, he's crazy. i'm only helping because tommy betrayed us." she crossed her arms, looking away. a knock from the upstairs door echoed through the house and techno opened it to reveal dream.

"hello." he smiled, walking inside.

"dream." techno smiled back, nudging alluras shoulder.

"hello." she said, annoyed.

"where are the withers?" dream asked, and techno motioned to follow him. the other two started walking behind him awkwardly.

techno was a fair distance away, so dream thought it would be the right opportunity to talk to allura. "i'm sorry for earlier." he cleared his throat.

"sorry for kissing me and locking me up for 2 weeks? oh it's just fine, dream. thanks for the apology!" she smiled sarcastically.

"look, i wasn't thinking. well, i thought i was doing the right thing." he sighed.

"well you're wrong. that was the worst thing you could've done. you asked for our friendship back then you locked me up. you're fucken crazy." she started walking faster to catch up with techno.

they made it to a wall of snow, and dream looked at techno confused. "it's just a wall of snow?"

allura laughed. "just you wait." techno was searching for a little hole he made. once he found it, he pushed a button, and the whole wall started going down, revealing a room full of wither skulls.

"what?!" dream screamed, running into the room. chests were filled with soulsand. "how'd you guys collect all of these?"

"we've had like two months of peace and quiet. we had to do something to leave the house." techno said blankly.

after they grabbed about 15 skulls, they left the room and went back to technos. dream left shortly after, and the two went to bed early for the fight the next day. they had to grab technos dogs in the tunnels under lmanburg early in the morning.

as soon as they woke up, they left to go. both were prepared for anything to happen. they made it to lmanburg at around 8, sneaking under the tunnels to get all the dogs. the fight started at 9, so they had an hour to get the dogs and get back up to lmanburg.

once they got up to lmanburg with the dogs, they saw obsidian above the nation. dream was going to be dropping tnt down.

allura looked at techno, smiling. "today is the day. lmanburg will be no more. i can feel it."

"i agree. in about an hour, the nation will be gone." techno stretched.

dream walked over to them. "get your dogs ready, they're in lmanburg and ready. it's like thirty against three. we may lose, but it'll be a hell of a fight. i set up the tnt so it will just keep pouring down onto lmanburg. i won't have to be there to light it."
