I'm back!

Hope you're still around for this story!

Just to refresh your memory if you don't feel like rereading the previous chapter:
1. It's Homecoming dance and Wells overhears Finn and Roan talking about drugging Ontari & Clarke and taking them to a hotel suite that Roan had arranged for them.
2. Clarke is about to drink the punch spiked with the drug that Finn put in her cup (a new drug from Roan's mom's laboratory, that hasn't even been approved by FDA yet), but then Wells comes right on time to stop her, and he tells her about Finn's plan.
3. Clarke breaks up with Finn. Lexa sees that something's up, so she goes over to Clarke, who immediately hugs her, feeling safe in her arms.
4. They find Ontari in the bathroom, she looks drugged and is unaware of what had happened, which confirms that Roan had put something in her drink. They call Indra and they take her to the hospital.
5. Ontari spends the night in the hospital, while Gaia, Lexa and Clarke go to Echo's afterparty to join the others.
6. Clarke gets super drunk, trying to forget what had happened, thinking everyone's probably talking about it already... She sees Gaia and Lexa standing next to each other, and she goes over there to dance with them. She grinds against Lexa, pulling Gaia closer, and it's a bit awkward for Lexa and Gaia, who are painfully sober.
7. Raven goes to a hotel room with Kyle to have her first time, while Octavia gets drunk in an intent to stop staring at Lincoln and Luna being all lovey-dovey.
8. Lexa convinces Clarke to get some fresh air. Bellamy drags his drunk sister out of the house and offers Clarke and Lexa a ride home.
9. When they get home, they are standing in front of Lexa's house and Clarke has a moment of sobriety, realizing that her mother will freak out if she sees her in the state she's in. Lexa calms her down and offers her to sleep at her place instead, which Clarke accepts.
10: They have a few ... moments... when Lexa helps Clarke undress. Clarke calls Lexa "goddamn pretty" and falls asleep in her bed and whispers her name as she breathes in her scent when she buries her face in Lexa's pillow.

And now... the day after.

Headache.

All Clarke could feel the following morning was a terrible, head-splitting headache. She let out an annoyed groan as the familiar sound of her WhatsApp message notification resonated repetitively in the room.

After hearing the same irritating sound for what felt like the millionth time, Clarke finally turned on her back and sat up in the bed, rubbing her eyes with her knuckles in slow motion, reluctant to open them as she felt the light hit her eyelids.

"It's Raven..."

Lexa's voice startled her.

She turned her head to the left, following the direction of the new sound, much more pleasant than the message notifications, and squinted at the silhouette of her neighbor sitting on the window sill.

Lexa was holding her phone in her hands, but as Clarke looked closely, she noticed a book in her lap; it looked quite heavy, and it seemed that Lexa had already read at least half of it, judging by the way it was left opened and turned over, resting on her thigh.

"Am I dreaming?" Clarke thought, wondering what she could be possibly doing in Lexa's room, more specifically, in Lexa's bed.

Just as a few images from the previous night were starting to refresh her memory, Lexa spoke again.

"Sorry, I think your phone is in your purse... you must've left the sound on..." the brunette continued, realizing Clarke probably needed a moment to compose herself. "Raven has sent about a dozen messages in the group chat... I told her you were asleep, but she's... persistent," she explained with a soft smile.
