Science fiction (or sci-fi) is a film genre that uses speculative, fictional science-based depictions of phenomena that are not fully accepted by mainstream science, such as extraterrestrial lifeforms, spacecraft, robots, cyborgs, interstellar travel or other technologies.

Some famous Sci-fi movies are the Avenger series, Avatar (not avatar: the last air bender) and so on.

But like....

Is the science is Sci-Fi movies really legit ?

I had watched Astro boy which was made in 2009. The movie was based off of manga.

The movie aint gunna lie  was pretty good in my opinion until it came to this scene.

There is a part where the scientist in the movie, he takes a hair from his dead son because he was making a robot version of said dead son.

Now here is the weird part, when he got the hair follicle, it had all the memories the dead son had....

Im not a genius but Im pretty sure that's not how science works,

i mean i could be reading into it to much but, i wonder if that's how science movies are in general

They give you bunch of equations just to confuse you so the audience doesn't question what they are saying

But idk, let me know you guys think (❁'◡'❁)
