Having 2 seasons, with the 2nd season ongoing right now and movie, it gained its popularity through art style, animation and starring Michael Jackson in the show.
But we are not gunna be looking at the humans nor the demon slayers.

In the story, the demons can't be in the sun and they need humans more specifically their blood to survive

Question : Are the demons in Demon slayer just vampires but with extra abilities ?
This could be true considering some of the demons were created by Michael Jackson, who is a vampire.
So they would have some attributes that are similar to him
