It's been three years since the sighting of Kurofsky and Blaine started to feel like an actual Shadowhunter now instead of an angel. He's killed a lot of demons, trained more, earned rune after rune and even began adapting to being a shadowhunter. But sometimes he would go up into the greenhouse and stare at the heavens, thinking of his sister. One day he would rejoin her but not now. Kurt needed him. Speaking of Kurt, it was time to go find him.

"Blaine?" Jace said to the boy who was strapping his sword to his back and placing daggers into his boots in the little pocket. Blaine looked up.

"Yeah?"

"We're going to find him. Clary and Santana were able to track him down. He'll be alright."

"I just wish that I was able to save him that night. I shouldn't have let him drink."

"You two just wanted to relax. Everyone has been stressed lately and I would totally understand what hapened but you can't beat yourself up for this. It will mess up your mind."

"Alright. Now let's go get Kurt."

Blaine, Hunter, Jace, Santana and Clary walked out and got onto their motorcycles, revving up the engines and making themselves invisible to the mundanes. They rode off with Blaine leading, looking at the mark that Clary had set. It was above an old chapel but to the group of shadowhunters, it was Dave Kurofsky's lair. Demons guarded the gates and the whol place just screamed a house of evil. The group of shadowhunters quietly hide their motorcycles behind an alley and pulled out their weapons. Blaine pulled out two long crystal swords, Hunter had a whip that would poison and kill those who were whipped, Jace pulled out his signature Seraph sword, Clary had a dagger and Santana had a long, black bow with a quiver full of arrows.

"Everyone ready?" Jace whispered.

"Santana, you take out the two guards then give us the all clear and we run there and fight. These guys won't go down easy."

"Got it." Santana said, running quietly around the corner and shot two arrows at the guards and gave her friends the all clear. Blaine, Clary and Jace ran up the stairs and into the building.

As expected, downworlders, monsters and vampire came at the group of Shadowhunters but they were srong and foguht back. Blaine kicked, slashed and stabbed at each with such a fast speed. Hunter whirled his whip in a cowboy manner before making it hit three vampires who exploded. Santana shot arrow after arrow at a monster and Clary's dagger turned into a polearm. They kept fighting as if they weren't tired. But the fight wasnt over because then the building began to shake which wasnt good.

"Kurt!" Blaine yelled as he ran through the halls, slashing at any demon heading his way. He tried to make his way into a room but Kurofsky was closing each door and spoke loud, his voice booming so Blaine and the others could hear.

"I'm afraid Kurt is a little tied up right now. You'll have to come back a quarter to never!"

"I am going to kill you Kurofsky!" Blaine yelled, kicking at the door with all of his strength.

"Good lucky trying. The door is indestructable. Oh look who's awake. Just in time for the spell to begin."

"Spell?" Blaine whimpered and stopped kicking.

He ran to the nearest glass window and looked to see Kurt struggling to get up but he was tied to a long black table with strong rope wrapped around his slim figure. Blaine could feel himself go pale and he began to bang on the window as Kurofsky came over to Kurt with a black dagger with a red glow in the metal.

"We have to get him out before that dagger even touches him." Clary screamed.

"I know a way. Before this used to be Kurofsky's lair, it used to be a school. There's a secret passage in the floor but to get in, you have to jump from up there." Hunter said, pointing to a very high balcony. Blaine was already running, his swords on his back. He had to reach Kurt. He just had to reach him.

There was so much that  Blaine wanted to do with Kurt. He wanted to keep fighting by his side, he wanted to marry him one day, he wanted to adopt a child and raise it to be a shadowhunter like them, he wanted to always be there and then grow old and die and be buried in the City of Bones with Kurt but knowing that in heaven, they'd be together forever. All of these thoughts fueled Blaine to go faster and he stopped at the balcony. It was a pretty long drop but he didn't have time since Kurofsky was chanting and Kurt was struggling to break free. Blaine could see Jace, Hunter, Clary and Santana coming up from the floor and hiding behind some chapel seats, ready to fight.

Blaine looked at Kurt and Kurt looked up to see Blaine. They stayed looking at each other that it seemed like maybe they were talking to each other through their minds until Kurt understood what Blaine was going to do. Kurofsky had finished the ritual and was just about to stab Kurt when...

"Blaine!"

Blaine jumped and to Kurt it was like the world went by fast  because in a blink of an eye, Kurofsky was dead with a dagger in his back and Blaine had the red glowing dagger in his stomach, gasping for air. Clary and the others ran over to Kurt and Blaine. Clary untied Kurt who shot up fast and ran to Blaine, lifting his perfectly curled head onto his arm and held his body close, sniffling.

"K-Kurt...I'm...ssorry...I'm sorry."

"Blaine please please don't leave me. Why would you do that?"

"Because I love you. You have to go. The spell is changing me."

"I can't leave- I won't leave you here."

"GO!" a red eyed possesed Blaine yelled at Kurt and hopped out of his arms, screeching and thrashing around.

Hunter grabbed Kurt who was reluctant to leave until Jace started to pull him back too but Kurt only screamed and yelled, trying to go forward towards the demon Blaine who started to grow black wings. Only thing is that the real Blaine on the inside was trying to fight the transformation. Kurt noticed and told everyone to stop.

"He's fighting." Clary said in amazement.

"Blaine? Blaine if you can hear me, you're my best friend and I want you to know that you can fight this. You will fight this spell. You wanna know why? Its because I love you and I'm not leaving here without the love of my life. Since I met you, my life has felt really happy and better and it didn't feel like that in a while since my parents died."

"Kurt...Help me." The real Blaine called out to Kurt, straining.

"You can do it Blaine! Just think about good things like how much you love me. You wouldn't hurt me or leave me. You'd protect me." Kurt kept going getting closer and closer as Blaine backed up but also moved close. Kurt held Blaine's clawed hand as he spoke, his words washing over Possessed/Real Blaine who yelled and thrashed in agony.

"I love you so much and I love how much I learn about you and how you changed my life. Beat this Blaine. I know you can beat this with every bit of good in you. You're stronger than this.

"Kurt...I can't hold on!"
At the end, Blaine was gone in a ball of light and Kurt was pulled back by Hunter as the building began to shake violently. Hunter and Kurt hid under a doorway, Clary, Santana and Jace hid under the chapel seats as rocks and boulders began to crash down around the chapel room.
