You woke to the sound of the birds chirping outside the opened window. You sat up and stretched. You smiled because it was yours and you're boyfriends 5 year anniversary. You looked over to where Jordan should've been, but wasn't.
You saw a note on his pillow with your name written on the front. You opened the note, reading
"Dear (y/n),
Today is our anniversary so I wanted to make it extra special. So I've planned the whole day perfectly. First your gonna go shopping with your best friends, then go to the spa, then you'll meet me soon, so just keep following the roses
-Jordan"
You smiled at the note and looked at the roses that where leading to the kitchen. You walked out to find that Jordan had made you breakfast. After eating you got dressed. Then went shopping with your friends. Then finally the spa where Jordan delivered you even more roses with another note
*Hope your enjoying your day so far, like I said we'd meet up , so just follow the roses again"
You followed them to find Jordan standing on the beach with a bunch of candles. He took your hand and kissed it
"(Y/n) I love you more than anything. These five years have been the best of my life. I want to spend everyday with you like it would be my last, so will you marry me?"
You started crying tears of joy of course.
"A million times yes" you squealed as Jordan put the ring on your finger.
