I was laying in bed feeling the worst I've ever had. I think I got the flu and I hate being sick. I had to postpone my Elle shoot which would have been today if it wasn't for this stupid flu. I turned on the TV and started watching my all time favorite show, Grey's Anatomy. My phone lit up so I unlocked it and saw a notification from my best friend, Kendall.

Two minutes later I heard my door bell. I got out of bed exhausted and went to open the door to see my best friend standing with a bag of chips and ice cream. "Hi nicky" she said as I let her in and she pulled me into a hug. "Hi Kenny." I said tired. "Are you okay?" She said worried looking at my face. "Yeah... it's just the flu." I said like it was nothing. "I think not, come here." She said as I followed her to her car. "What are you doing?" I asked confused and putting my seatbelt on. "I'm taking you to the doctor something is not fine." She said still not turning on the car so I opened the door. "No we're not, it's just a flu." I said hesitant and got out of the car. She got out as well and followed me up to my room.
"You're so annoying, tell me what's up with your life hoe." Kendall said as she closed the door of my room. "Nothing much, I had to postpone a photoshoot for next week." I said laying on my bed with a huge fatigue and headache. "Are you really okay Nicky?" Kendall asked throwing herself to my bed. "Yes I am, I swear. Now tell me what happened with that boy the other day at Gigi's" I said still laying in my bed and not being able to sit up.
I went through my phone and a picture popped up in my Instagram feed.
