nicolereynolds I think many of you know about my condition and the situation I went through. I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my lupus. It was necessary for my recovery and overall health. I honestly look forward to share with you my journey through this disease. I want to publicly thank my family, my team of doctors and my friends for everything they have done for my prior and post-surgery. I want to thank my fans for all the support, the love and for sticking with me at all times. And finally, there aren't words to describe how much I can thank my friend Justin Bieber, he gave me the best gift and sacrifice someone could ever give me by donating his kidney to me and saving my life. I am incredibly blessed.
