Sirius stumbled through the crowd gathered in the Gryffindoor common room. He was drunk and he knew it, but drunk Sirius was a lonely Sirius so he was looking for the one person he wanted to see. Remus. He waved at James from across the room who was trying to tell him to stop and not embarrass himself, Sirius just ignored him and his eyes fell on the love of his life, his precious little mooncake, his boyfriend (They were dating...Remus just didnt know yet) sitting in the corner alone. His face lit up and he sauntered slightly wobbly over to the boy, sitting in his lap. "Hello handsome" he said with a wink, his voice slightly slured.

Remus was sitting in the corner of the Gryffindor common room, alone, a drink in his hand as the crowd of people around him talked and partied. He knew Sirius and James would be off somewhere drunk but he preferred to stay where he was in his comfy chair. As he was taking a mouthful of his he felt someone sit in his lap and he looked up to see Sirius and he smirked but shook his slightly at Sirius's drunkenness "Hello to you too Gorgeous" He teased him.

Sirius smirked and spun around so he was practically straddling Remus and put his head on his shoulder facing his neck. "Why didn't you come dance with the girls and I?" He murmured softly with a smirk

Remus gulped lightly and he looked into Sirius's eyes, placing his hands on Sirius's hips and he shook his head "You know I can't dance" Remus said smirking as he felt the others face in his neck.

Sirius rolled his eyes "And you know I don't sit in corners when there's firewhiskey around but here we are. We all do dumb stuff for people we love" he said teasingly wrapping his arms around Remus and pulling him closer. He took a deep breath and casualy whispered "I love you"

Remus looked at Sirius and pushed the hair out of his eyes as he smiled a little and shook his head lightly. He shifted in his seat a little when Sirius pulled his closer and he went wide eyed when he said the words I love you "I....I...." He stuttered a little not knowing what to say.

Sirius heart plummeted. He knew he shouldn't have said anything. Now Remus was going to hate him. He blushed and stood up "I...I'm sorry" he said softly before running out of the room upstairs throwing himself onto his bed with a sob.

Remus sat there, slumped back in his chair he threw his head back against the back of the chair "Fuck" He said smacking himself in the head a little before getting up and walking to the dorms. He did like Sirius, a lot, but he wasn't expecting that. He opened the dorm door and he saw Sirius on his bed, sobbing "Pads?" He called out softly as he closed the door and locked it behind him so they had privacy and he went to sit down next to him, kicking his shoes off.

Sirius heard the door open and wiped his eyes trying to look casual he set up and looked at Remus. "I'm sorry Re, truly I am. I don't know why I said that" he said softly. "I need you to know though...I am not just saying this cause I'm a little drunk"

Remus couldn't help but smile at Sirius's babbling and he crawled into the bed next to him and he laid on his side, looking at him, looking directly into his eyes "Don't apologise, you've nothing to apologise for Pads" He said as he closed his eyes for a moment, taking in the smell of Sirius's cologne and he took a deep breath "I love you too"

Sirius eyes widened. "You...You love me too?" A grin broke across Sirius face and he launched himself at Remus kissing him hard and pulling him closer.

Remus looked at Sirius and before he could even respond to his question he felt Sirius's lips on his and he immediately kissed back without hesitation, placing his arm around his side so his hand was in his hair.

Sirius pulled away after a while to breath smiling happily. "I love you so much" he whispered. Snuggeling against Remus chest

Remus tried to trail Sirius's lips as he pulled away and he smiled happily and rested his forehead on his as Sirius snuggled into his chest "I love you so much Pads"
