I was on my way to the vet. Scott wasn't doing well since they all tried to catch the Kanima but I was too busy having a mental breakdown to help.

He had been touted by Chris Argent's wife, who Derek bit and ran off.

I walk into the clinic and open the door to the office, noticing Scott laying on the medical table and Derek sitting on one of the two chairs, looking at the teen.

"How's he?" I ask but no one replies making me give them a sad smile as sitting at Derek's side, putting my hand on top of his, putting my fingers between his.

Eventually, the boy woke up, and while Derek went to his loft, I went to the woods, trying to fill my hunger. I catch a dear and afterward, I walk home.

The thought that I'm dead was still running through my mind like in a fucking marathon. I don't feel dead. I don't feel dead at all. Especially with Derek.

I notice a guy looking through what I noticed was Allison's car window.

"Oh, I would totally like that, but maybe another night." I hear Allison's voice and I can hear her fast heartbeat.

"Well, just for a few minutes." The guy insists.

"It's getting kind of late." She laughs awkwardly.

"It's the weekend."

"I know, but I - You know, I -"

"And it's spring break. I mean, you don't have a thing going on tomorrow. Do you?"

"Actually, yeah she does, so if you wouldn't mind..." I tell him as I nod at him to go away. "Bye." I wave at him as he walks away.

I open the car door and get in.

"I need a ride." I tell her and she keeps looking at me.

"Thank you."

"Don't worry about it," I reply as I tell her the way to Derek's. "What's his problem anyway?"

"He had photos of me in his camera. Like of me in my house." She explains and I cringe.

"God..."

"Yeah, I know." She chuckles and I chuckle back. "How old are you?"

"Practically twenty," I reply. "Technically, eighteen."

"I will never get used to this." Allison mutters and I laugh.

"It must be hard to know all of this and being an Argent at the same time." I look at her and she looks back at me for a split second before looking back at the road. "I groan up in this already. The Alpha at the time bit me when I was fourteen. Tradition."

"You were a werewolf at fourteen?"

"It was not fun." I laugh to myself.

"I can only imagine," She laughs back. "Me and Scott are dating but no one's supposed to know."

"Oh," I laugh out loud. "You did an amazing job hiding it."

"Shut up." She jokes, "You're with Derek, too."

"Yeah, but it's different."

"Why's that?" Allison asks and I look away, still smiling.

"For starters, we're not sixteen." I look at her and she scoffs. "And we're both supernaturals, it's easier than if one of us were human. Believe me, I know."

"Ex?"

"Ex." I agree as she stops in front of the building. "Thanks for the ride."

"Thanks for helping me." She replies as I walk out of the car.

"You're not like your family." I tell her. "I'm glad I didn't kill you." I close the car door and walk away towards the loft.

I walk up the stairs and open the door with the keys he had given to me.

"You smell like Allison Argent." is the first thing he says when I open the door.

"Hi to you too." I tell him as he looks at me from the bed. "Is that good or bad?"

"It's bad. Go take a shower for god's sake." He frowns and I look at him, faking to be offended. "You're in a better mood than earlier."

"What can I say? Dear blood makes a dead girl's day better." I joke a I walk towards him but he nods in deny.

"There, go." Derek points at the bathroom and I roll my eyes at him.

"Can I go get my clothes at least?" I point at the drawer.

"No, you'll leave her smell everywhere. I'll take you the clothes. Go!" He orders and I laugh as I walk to the bathroom to his so wished shower.
