The team was happy as fuck, but they needed to calm down since, they were running on pure adrenaline. I clapped my hands loud enough for everyone to hear. "Great game guys, I'm so proud of you guys but we're good sports which means telling the other team that it was good game and compliment them on what you found good. Sound like a plan ?" "Good idea y/n !" Koshi added. So I made them trudge over to the other team and shake hands. I walked past everyone to make sure they were saying nice things:
"I liked your spike in the second game." I hear koshi say to someone I don't recognise.
"Your defensive skills are pretty good." I hear tadashi say.
"Your parallel is amazing, where'd you learn it ?" Kei was saying.
I smiled, until I felt hands snake around my waist and I didn't know who they belonged to. "Tooru get tf off of me." I say pushing him away immediately, "But n/n I'm sad, I lost the game." He whined trying to hug me. "I know darling, but respect my boundaries oikawa." He pouted at that, then Iwazumi came up from behind him and hit him on his head. "Stop bothering y/n, shittykawa." He smiles at me, "sorry about him y/n, I understand that you're trying to do something nice for the team." I smiled back at him, "It's no problem Iwa, you alright tho ?" "Yeah I'm good, karasuno deserves the win anyway." He scratched the back of his neck.
"Alright well it's getting late and half of the team is going to uni so I have to get them to bed early, if you need someone to slander oikawa with, hit me up again." I smiled at him, he returned it and I walked towards my team. I clapped my hands again, "alright team, I think y'all have deserved yourselves a little reward so, go take a shower, change ya clothes and meet me back here and then we can have the food party."
"Yes !" They said in unison and practically ran towards the changing rooms. I walk back to the bleachers and the benches. "Wow, you're really good with them." Ukai said, looking impressed. "Yeah, they're family so it's easier." He nodded, "well y'all kids have fun, tell the boys i'm proud of them but I've got to get my old ass to sleep." "Nigga you know damn well you ain't old, 26 ain't old." I laugh rolling my eyes, "if you got a date just say that." I look at Kiyoko and we laugh even harder. "How- how did you know ?" We busted out ugly laughing at that one. When we'd finished I said, "1. Kiyo you owe me £20 and 2. I didn't, I just guessed but have fun and don't get too nasty now." I say hugging him sideways.
"Shut yo dumbass up goofy, smell ya later." He said hugging me back, and walking away towards the door leading out to the parking lot. "Hand em over Kiyo." I put out my hand in a grabbing motion and she put £35 in as she didn't pay me before the game for our other ukai bet. I looked around, "where's Takeda ?" I say taking the bags and putting them on tables that we'd set up. "Oh he went home, trouble in paradise I'm guessing. He's married after all." I nodded in understanding and started unpacking the food. I opened the cover of the first dish and an amazing smell wafted out. "Damn, you cooked cooked us something up, that shit is smelling good." Noya said walking out of the changing rooms.
I laughed, "boy, if you touch any of this food I will not hesitate to whoop that ass." Gradually the team started filing out of the changing rooms, "woah that's a lot of food, oh thank you y/n-Chan !" Shoyo said, throwing himself at me in a hug, the team glared at him. I laughed and rubbed his back, "you're very welcome honey, you deserve it after your amazing performance in the game."
