Chapter 1-Big mistake

Sofia's POV-I got it!!! Jade exclaimed, running to catch the dazzle ball.--She fell flat on her back.--Ow.--SHOOT, I really need new glasses! She said, getting up.--I picked up the ball.--Maybe you shouldn't play until Friday.--That's the third time you've fallen in ONE hour! I said, holding back a smirk.--

My coach landed.--I gotta go! I said, running towards it.--I got in, and it took off.--Lately, I'd been going to play dazzle ball with Jade and Ruby before school!--It was really fun, I didn't get to see them too often, since I moved to the palace!--

The coach landed.--I got out, and waved at Vivian, as I got out.--She walked up toward me, Hi!--Congrats on the derby team! She said.....--W-What? I said, looking at her confused.--You signed up for it, didn't you?--It says your name on the flier, in the hall! She said.--I ran passed her, and stopped as I saw the flier.--

It DID say my name...but why, and HOW?--I noticed Hugo walking in the hall, WITH Chris.--Of course he did it!--Always looking for ways to make me make a fool of myself! I thought, rolling my eyes.--I grabbed both of them, and pulled them aside.--Both of them looked at me.--Ew.--I need to wash my hands! Chris said, smirking as he walked off.--I looked at Hugo, surprised, he didn't say anything.--WHAT do you want? He frowned.--I WANT to know what your pathetic excuse is for signing me up for the derby race next month!!! I yelled.--The....derby race that Jack can't race in anymore? He smirked.--I nodded, glaring at him.--Your hilarious.--You think I would sign up a PRINCESS for the derby team to have her embarrass the whole school?--NO!--And why'd you assume it was ME? He asked.--Because I DON'T know how to race and you DON'T know how to NOT be a jerk! I snapped.--He quirked an eyebrow, at me, And YOUR just as stupid as you look!
