We all lead our horses out onto the course, and mounted.--Everyone, get with your teams, and we'll do a practice run of the tryout race, to test everyone's still, and ability! He said, pacing up and down.--Ready....SET....GO!!! He exclaimed.--Everyone took off.--We were all at the same speed, but Sofia and the others, were a little ways in front of us.--
Chris slowed next to me.--What are we doing!? He exclaimed.--Save your energy!--We'll block them, when we go down the bell! I said.--...He grinned, and nodded.--Chris looked back at me, along with the others.--Go! I lipped.--We all split up, each of us, blocking a rider.--This guy needs to practice! I thought, shaking my head, as I glanced back at Nathan.--
I furrowed my eyebrows, as I saw Sofia fly above Chris, and speed up.--Oh no she doesn't! I thought, speeding up as well.--In a matter of seconds, I was next to her.--Electra nickered, tossing her head, then moved closer to Minumus, and shoved him to the side.--Sofia slipped off.--I broke my gaze from the finish line, and turned Electra around.--I caught her by her hand, and pulled her up onto Electra.--You okay? I asked, letting out a sigh of relief.--Thanks, Hugo! She smiled at me.--I grinned.--We landed, and both got off.--WHAT was that!? Sir Gillium exclaimed.--What? I asked.--Everyone else landed as well.--Sofia, are you okay? Gerrick asked, running up to her along with Mike, Gabriel, Gerrick, Nathan, Zack, Jacob, Issak, and...even Chris!--I smiled.--Sir Gillium sighed.--Okay, everyone.--I admire your loyalty to each other, I DO.--But, Hugo, you can't go saving your rivals!--This race is important!--While your here, your against each other!--Don't any of you want to qualitfy?--...Think about it! He said, before walking off.--
Okay, I don't care WHAT he says, THAT was amazing Hugo!--And....your....not THAT bad, Sofia! Chris grinned.--Thanks? She smirked.--
I frowned.--Was I really WRONG to help her?
