Hello readers!
There was a lot of things left in the air after the previous chapter, and I have all of the answers...but until it's time for that to come to a head, I dropped these three chapters, and I hope you all enjoy them! They're essential to understanding the progressions of Yeager. Thank you for your continued support, and if you read all three of these, you're not normal, you're elite. As you're reading these, I'm writing the next two main chapters, and those are not for the faint of heart, but it'll be so worth the wait. Thank you guys for your authentic reactions and comments. For now, enjoy your Fernanda induced drunken slumber.
ALL HAIL EREN YEAGER
------
Drunk and emotional you crashed onto Fernanda's couch and although you lived a few floors up, you weren't leaving. Fernanda couldn't even wake you up if she wanted to. Your body embraced the warm sheet that fell atop of you and you fell into a slumber, you realized that the world your dreams whisked you away to, was a world of the most recent past...

You looked in the mirror but you weren't in your dorm, you were in Armin's house, and you weren't a senior in college. You were overcome with sorrow, and a warm hand touched your shoulder, causing you to break contact with the mirror, and look back. Armin smiled, offering you a cup of coffee, before moving back into the living room. You slowly began to walk with him in the living room, taking a sip as you sat besides him. Pure coffee, bitter, but with a bit of French vanilla cream. Losing focus on the coffee, you felt tears run down your eyes.
"Maybe it's a good thing, y/n...we often become so enveloped in others, we lose time for ourselves. Maybe you can find time-"
"Yeah, sure Armin.", you said, interrupting his attempt to console as you sat the coffee down, looking around. "I assume you're out of Bailey's?"
"Alcohol isn't going to make time move any faster.", he spoke.
Your eyes narrowed at him, a scowl threatening your features, but you let it subside. He was right, after all.
After the date with Eren at the lounge, it seemed as if everything had been great with you and Eren. Despite Kelis' warnings, your attraction to Eren was stronger than most anything else it seemed. You put all into him, fearing that anything less and he'd think he was the rebound. You couldn't bare for him to feel that way. So besides your studies, learning him had become everything. With that, you learned that the one thorn that seemed to be in his side, was his past, and his prior relationship with Mikasa. You didn't know her but she seemed to hate you, especially after your first encounter. However, you wouldn't let some ex-girlfriend deter you from being completely and utterly devoted to Eren, and your studies.
Along the way, you had a strained relationship with Annie and had been growing close to Armin too, who was more friendly than her, and you found yourself venting to him whenever you and Eren went through petty squabbles. He was a listener, and even when you tried to be that way with him, there wasn't much Armin talked about beyond the universe, the moon, and the stars. In your defense though, He could talk about it for hours, so it was a fair exchange.
However, you and Eren had run into some major issues in your relationship, partly due to his secrecy. You felt that no matter how long you tossed between the sheets, hung out, and moved around each other, you couldn't help but feel as if he was shielding you from something, and you didn't like it. When he would leave your dorm without warning at crazy hours of the night, and blame it on these secretive meetings he couldn't tell you anything about, it was only so long until you blew up at him. He didn't budge, nor did he seem surprised, only nonchalantly suggesting that you two go on a break. A break, which was always a strike of doom for most relationships, you knew the risk of it being over. And that made you cry all motherfucking night.
