I hope you enjoyed that episode of Attack on Titan because boy, did it encourage me to write for my man chile. Only two chapters left! Are you ready ????

Love y'all! //

Late afternoon, Kelis stormed around Armin's apartment, grabbing the things she left at his house, done with him, and the relationship that put her in so much turmoil. Armin was trying to talk to her, but she wasn't listening to him one bit. She only had an ear to argue, if anything. "So you're not just going to listen to me?"

"Why do I have so many random things at your apartment? You'd think I lived here.", Kelis mutters, blatantly ignoring Armin. Armin walked in the doorpost of his room when she went in, blocking her exit. Kelis stayed silent, waiting for Armin to move. He wouldn't budge, and Kelis started to get frustrated. "Armin, can I just get my shit? I don't want to talk to you!"

"I want you to understand that I wasn't trying to have an excuse to go to Y/n's dorm. I just wanted to return our source of conflict. If that bothered you-"

"No, what bothers me is how dishonest you are when it comes to her. It truly makes me sick to know that you'll lie to me if it means preserving her. And for what, Armin? What will you do when we graduate? Eren and Y/n will have each other; what will you have?", she quizzed. Armin stammered for a moment, Kelis crossing her arms and narrowing her eyes at him as she frowned. She almost wanted to say something else, but she used his distraction to slink past with her stuff. Armin followed behind her, not able to respond to that, watching her grab everything else that was left.

"You could've had me. You could have us, but you just can't let her go. You disguise your miscommunications and make it my fault, but it's not, and I won't let you tell me that it is ever again.", Kelis spat, moving around him, as Armin was overcome with a confused sense of realization. What was Kelis even saying to him right now? Of course, he had a plan. Of course, he knew what he was going to do.

Right?

"I'm going to graduate with the others, walk the stage, and achieve my mission.", he responded to Kelis, as she scoffed, shaking her head with her things, walking to the door. "And what happens after this mysterious mission is completed, Shakespeare? You can't move in with them after college. When you go home, you will be alone. But you prefer it that way. So that if there's a small glimmer of hope that y/n will suck you off, you'll be right there with open arms. I don't get men like you, and I don't want to.", Kelis said finally.

"Watch your mouth.", he called out as Kelis walked. He was shocked at her words, but more importantly, he was concerned. Kelis wasn't just always such a jealous being, or some trivial bitch. Unlike Armin's, she had dreams and desires; goals pure and untouched. The friends were right, the setting was right, but it all fell to shit. Nevertheless, Kelis was still Kelis despite her hardened demeanor. She always wanted the best for Armin and had to watch you give him nothing but pain. She'd warned you in that library, Armin. Armin felt a wave of regret washing over him as Kelis slid into her Uber. When you go home, you will be alone.

You don't know that Kelis, Armin thought, as he pulled out another bottle of Bailey's, this time pouring more than usual, his liquid sweet courage fueling him up. You could always ask him. Armin thought to himself. Not him, them. Wasn't Eren always at her dorm anyways? Kill two birds, one stone. If Armin went to meet with them, he could prove Kelis wrong and, in turn, see if there was any bit of a door open between you and him.
