ALBUS DUCKED AS ANOTHER WAND FLEW PAST HIS HEAD. It stuck to the wall behind next to him and Lena sucked in a breath. This was the fifth wand to get stuck to the wand and the fourteenth one to hit the wall.

"Sorry," she said.

"Maybe we should sell the dart board we got," joked Albus "Since we are just using the wands you made and the wall." Lena giggled and sat down next to Albus on the couch. Putting her legs on top of his. Albus patted her knee and smiled.

"Troll hair is hard to wield into a wand," said Lena "How's everything at St. Mungo's?"

"Four more people from the list were there today," said Albus "I barely managed to save them." Lena laced her fingers through Albus's hand and gave him a small kiss on his cheek.

"What time are Lydia and Liam coming?" asked Lena.

"Should be any minute now," said Albus. The doorbell rang and Lena waved her wand to open it. Victoire entered with Liam and Lydia. They exchanged a few pleasantries and then they bid Victoire good-bye.

"So, what do you want to do?" asked Lena.

"Mum told me that you are getting married," said Liam "Is that true?"

"Yes, it is," said Albus, putting his hand on Lena's waist.

"Why?" asked Liam.

"What do you mean by that?" asked Lena, laughing a little.

"I'm happy for you and I'm excited for the wedding, whenever it's happening," explained Liam "I just wanted to know. You already live together and you already act like your married and I don't get what the fuss about it is."

"Well, Liam, I love Lena so much," said Albus "She's my everything and I don't know what I would do without her." Lena smiled and bit her lower lip.

"Is Uncle Albus your everything too?" asked Lydia.

"Yes, very much so," Lena answered "More than you can imagine." Before anyone got a chance to say anything the smoke alarm started blaring and dark clouds of smoke formed over the kitchen. Lena raced to turn everything off while Albus struggled to turn the alarm off.

"I completely forgot lunch was in the oven," Lena complained.

"Out of all the muggle inventions, I hate that fu-"

"Language," said Lena, cutting Albus off.

"That little smoke alarm," Albus finished. Lydia and Liam snickered behind them.

"It's okay Aunt Lena," said Lydia "I already know all the bad word. Numpties, git, and Dolores Umbridge. Grand Uncle Harry taught me that one."

"I don't even want to know what led to that conversation," Albus mumbled.

"Well, Albus, hand me the phone and the other parchment with the numbers on it," said Lena "I'm going to pay some muggle to cook us lunch." Albus obliged and twenty minutes later, the four of them sat down for lunch.

"Did you know our parents well?" Lydia asked, as she put her plate in the sink and sat on the sofa with Albus and Lena.

"Your mother is my adoptive cousin," said Lena "We spent a lot of time together."

"And your father was more or less my brother," said Albus "He was a better brother than James. I think it's safe to say that we know your parents very well."

"What about our grandparents?" Liam asked. Lena gave a tight smile and Albus sighed softly.

"I'm afraid not," said Albus "They passed away before I was born."

"I thought so," said Liam "Dad was about a year old when they died. He has no memories of them."

"Well, if it makes you feel better, I can tell you a few things about them," said Albus "After all, my grandparents were best friends with your grandparents."

"Really?" Liam and Lydia asked at the same time.

"Yes," said Albus "I bet you didn't know that you and your sister are metamorphmagi because of your grandmother Nyphadora Tonks."

"We knew that," said Liam, smiling "Dad said that I'm related to granduncle Draco through her."

"That's true," said Albus "Here's one thing that your father doesn't talk about. Did you know that your grandfather was a werewolf?"

"That's cool," Liam remarked "Why doesn't dad talk about that?"

"Because it doesn't matter to him," Albus explained "Teddy knew that it doesn't matter whether his father was a werewolf or not, he was still a good person and he loved him very much."

"Who's Teddy?" Lydia asked.

"Well, Teddy is your father's name," said Lena.

"Wait, so you're telling me that dad's name isn't dad?" Lydia asked, her eyes growing wide. Lena groaned and buried her face in her hands.

"Victoire is going to kill me," Lena said.

"No! Next thing you're going to tell me is that mum's name is Victoire," Lydia exclaimed "My whole life is a lie."

"Anyway," said Lena, changing the topic "Remus was the first werewolf to get the order of Merlin. Your grandfather was also a prefect."

"Wow," Liam marveled "Is that his name? Remus Lupin? Is that why my name is Liam Remus Lupin?" Lena nodded

"Has Uncle James shown you his magical map?" asked Albus "The one that shows where people are in Hogwarts?"

"Yeah, he showed it to me to teach me all the hidden passages," said Liam "My grandfather owned that?"

"Not quite," said Albus "He made it. He's Moony and my grandfather was Prongs."

"Cool!" Liam exclaimed.

"If you want to know more about your grandparents, you should talk to Harry," said Lena "After all, your grandfather was his favorite defense against the dark arts teacher." Lena and Albus continued to tell stories about Nymphadora and Remus till Victoire came to pick them up.

"Hope they weren't too much trouble," said Victoire, helping Lydia with her shoes.

"No, they were good," said Lena.

"Yeah we were," said Lydia "Victoire." Victoire opened her mouth to say something but words didn't come out.

"Right! I forgot to tell you about that. Well, it's your problem now. Bye, love you," said Lena, closing the door before Victoire could say anything else.

**********

Albus was woken up the next morning by the sound of his phone ringing. He pulled out his arm from underneath Lena, who stirred awake. Albus smiled and placed a small kiss on her nose and answered his phone.

"This is Potter," he answered, getting out of bed. Lena rubbed her eyes and sat upright.

"We'll be right there," said Albus.

"What's the matter?" asked Lena.

"It's Molly," said Albus "She's in St. Mungo's."

A/N: This was originally supposed to be another Scorose parenting chapter but I thought that it would be better if it was Albus and Lena. Let me know if I was wrong. I also planned to include more of these parenting chapter throughout the book but I don't know how to fit them in and there are also a bajillion other problems so I'll just put them in my head canon book.
As always, check  my grammar and spelling.
