Mage and Arkan - Complete

Setteling

Scarlett woke up the next day by the sound of the rooster crowing and let out a small yawn. She layed there in the bed for a few minutes wanting to sleep some more since she struggled to sleep last night.

" Scarlett! wake up! its breakfast time!" called Volemìr's voice making the young 22 year old groan as she got out of bed with a tired look on her face.

She went into the large room of the tent and went to the table to grab a bowl and sit next to Volemìr at the fireplace. Tekka noticed the tired look on her face and said to her.

" Lookes like someone didnt sleep well last night..." Scarlett looked at her and said with a tired look on her face. " Blame that on Volemìr and Laru..." 

Laru lookes at her and said with a annoyed look on her face. " What did we do to keep you up all night?" Scarlett looked at her and thought back to hearing her moans and the bed creeking nearly the whole night.

She looked at the gray fured Arkan and said. " You were pretty loud last night, and I rather not talk about it..." Laru's face became red frem emarrassment figuring out what she meant by that making Volemìr smile and shake his head.

Scarlett took a bite of the beef on her plate saying with a tired look to Volemìr. " If you know how much the two of you kept me up last night, You would have let me get more sleep..."

Volemìr lookes at her and said with a small smile. " Well, exouse me for not knowing how tired you were. I let you get some more sleep after I have showed you around the village..."

Scarlett looked at him for a few secounds before saying. " Cant you show me around the village later? I am struggeling to keep my eyes up..." He let out a small sigh and said.

" Fine, You can get more sleep and that's it." Scarlett felt happy to hear that and continued eating her breakfast with a tired look on her face.

Once she were done eating she went back to her room to sleep some more. Two hours later she awoken and told Volemìr that she's well rested now and that he can show her around the village.

She went out of the tent and stayed close to Volemìr like he told her to as he showed her around the Village. They walked around the village for a while until they reached the pens where they kept the livestock and the Larkams.

Scarlett saw one of the Arkans that took care of the animals feed the Larkams left over meat. She figured feeding the Larkams pices of meat would pervent them from trying to attack and kill the pigs,goats and sheep in the other pen.

Volemìr made his way to the pen with the Larkams and talked with the young Arkan with a calm look on his face. She stayed a few feet away from them letting them talk in peace and looked at the Larkams while they ate the meat served to them.

She looked at them and couldnt shake the feeling she were being watched. She turned around and saw some of the Arkan childeren watching her from behind the large tree with wary lookes on their faces.

Seeing the lookes the childeren gives her Scarlett couldnt blame them for being like this. She wanted to go over to them and tell them she wont bite but feared that only would make things much worste.

Volemìr noticed her looking at the childeren and let out a small angry growl. She heard his growl knowing what it meant and said to him. " I am not going anywhere near them,

dont want to make your people hate me more because I am human..." Volemìr kept looking at her and said with a serious look on his face.

" Those childeren is what is left of the ones who didnt get slaughterd like the others, You better stay away from them knowing what's best for you and them..."
