After the body has been burned everyone gatherd to discuss how to deal with this Èrger. Scarlett surgested to the young Chieftess that She send a few men to go to the grove and slay it.

She even offerd to assist them in avoiding being bitten or clawed by the cursed beast. Volemìr protested and didnt want Scarlett to risk her or their Daughter's life in helping taking down that monster.

Scarlett looked at him and told him. "If I dont help then there will be someone who is going to get harmed by the Èrger. And You know damn well what You and that Guard saw when I talked to that man.

If we dont do something quickly then more and more people will be harmed. Some will even become like that man who You put out of his misery.

I keep my distance and make sure to step inn when the beast is weak and cant defend itself." Volemìr knew She was set on helping them take out this monster they havent encounterd before.

He let out a small sigh and said to her. "Fine, If anything happens we are out of there before that thing decides to harm You." Scarlett lookes at him and said with a serious look on her face.

"It wont get a chance to harm me, Magic or not that Èrger will be put down for good." One of the Arkan men who looked to be the same age as Volemìr became impressed with her bravery.

A minute later Volemìr's Father came into the room with a thoughtfull look on his face. Volemìr looked at him with anger in his eyes then turned to the others and said.

"Make preparations to go to the Grove, I go sharpend my blades..." He began to walk out of the room before his Father got to say anything to him.

The young Chieftess looked at Volemìr for a few secounds before She followed the Lorkor Chief out of the concile room. "Volemìr, Wait."

He stopped and turned to look at the young chieftess and said to her with a calm look on his face. "What is it, Chief Sariphina?" Sariphina looked at him and said with a concearned look on her face.

"I wanted to speak to You for a momment, If it is alright with you?" Volemìr looked at the young chieftess and said to her. "Of course, What is it that You wish to speak to me about?"

Sariphina looked at him and said. "I just wanted to talk to You about Oron..." Volemìr's expression changed to one of annoyance and said to her.

"Why do you want to talk to me about that bastard? He abandoend me and my Brother when we were young." Sariphina looked at Volemìr and said.

"I understand that You hold a grudge towards him for that, but He had his reasons..." Volemìr looked at her and said with a bit of an angry face.

"Reasons? What were the reasons to abandon us? Leave us to fend for ourselfs, I had to hunt so we wont go hungry every night.

I had to challenge the old Chief and barely won so I could make sure we could live better. I rather not hear his reasons, and I wont listen to You trying to convince me to forgive that bastard..."

He was about to turn around and walk away when She said to him. "I know, at least let me tell You when I say that You can trust Your little Sister..."

Volemìr turned to look at her with a shocked expression on his face and said to her. "What did You just say?" Sariphina had a sad smile on her face as She walked over to the vase filled with red roses.

"I know its strange to hear me say that I am Your Sister... I were suprised as You when I learned that the Chief of Lorkor is my older Brother..."

She gently toutched the rose petals and said to him. "I didnt know how to feel about it... Happy I guess? Considering I been alone ever since Mother died of an illness two years ago..."

Volemìr's eyes softend hearing this and said to her in a gentle tone he always used on VÌraki. "It must have been hard to lose Your Mother like that..."

She looked at him and said. "I miss her every day, I have to keep myself from crying when I think about her...

I focus and do my best on keeping Ora-Tair safe and lead my people. That Is my Duty as Chieftess And Right now we must take care of the threat in the Grove before anyone else gets hurt."

Volemìr looked into her eyes and saw the same determination  he had when he became Chief. He were silent for a few momments before he said with a small smile.

"You remind me of myself when I first became Chief, I acted the same way..." Sarphina looked a bit suprised to hear this and heard him say as he knelt down.

"The Ora-Tair is lucky to have a young woman like Yourself as leader. I can see that You're working hard to keep everyone in this City safe.

Trust your instincts, and dont let anyone convince You to do something that would be the downfall of both Your People and Yourself...

That is my advice to You if You ever find yourself in a difficult situation as this..." Sariphina looked at her brother and said with a small smile.

"I make sure take Your advice to heart, Volemìr..." They looked at each other for a few minutes before Volemìr cleared his throat and said as he got up from the ground.

"I should go prepear..." Sariphina looked at him and said to him. " Right, I should get back to my duties... and Volemìr..." He looked at her with a curious look on his face waiting for her to say.

"Just be careful and come back safe, I want to know more about my Older Brother..." Volemìr gave her a small smile hearing this and said to her. "Of course, I be careful. and I tell You everything You need to know about me."

Sariphina smiled and nooded her head before Volemìr left to sharpend his blades in the court yard.

- One Hour Later -

After the preparations were made Scarlett, Volemìr and a few soldiers made their way to the grove where the Èrger made its home. Everything was quiet except for the sounds of birds cirping in the trees and flying tree to tree.

One of the soldiers looked at Scarlett with a stonic look on his face for a minute before saying to Volemìr. "You sure its wise to let Your Mate come with us to take down this beast?

I mean... She's pregnant with Your..." Scarlett looked at the soldier and said to him. "I came with You because I have experience dealing with Èrgers.

And trust me, If I didnt come along then some of You would end up like that man." Another soldier who had light brown fur and a tail with a axe on his back asked her.

"May I ask... Why these Èrgers lure people by mimics the sound of a crying child? And why they made people mad?" Scarlett looked at him and said with a calm look on her face.

"To answer Your first question, Èrgers lure people by mimic the sounds of a crying child is because they wish to eat who ever falls for its trick.

As for the secound question, Is because of the strange liquid that comes from their throats..." Another soldier had a strange look on his face hearing this and said.

"Liquid? You mean spit or slime?" She shakes her head and said to him. "No, it isnt spit or slime. No one knows what it actually is, People have tried to figure out what that liquid is with no sucess..."

One of the Arkan soldiers who has a small scar on his left cheek said to her. "You're telling me no one has figured out what that liquid is?"

Scarlett nooded her head and said to him. "Yes, No one has figured out what that liquid is or why it causes madness."

Everyone were silent for a few secounds before continued their walk to the Grove. And after walking for a few minutes everyone heard the cries of a young child in the grove.

The cries made one of the Arkan soldiers to nearly run into the grove if Scarlett hadnt stopped him. She gave everyone a look that told everyone to be prepeared and be careful.

They nooded their heads and began to walk into the grove with serious lookes on their faces. While Scarlett hid in the shadows of the trees ready to throw a dagger at the acursed beast if anything bad happenes.
