Techno POV
Me, Phil, and Tommy were sitting on the hill while Ghost Dre sleeping in my arms, Tommy also had fallen asleep, Phil stood on guard in case of anything where to happen.
During the Night I was staring at the stars when I felt Ghost Dre start to shiver and grip on my gown. "P-please S-stop, I'll be a b-better s-son" Ghost Dream said. 'He must be having a nightmare. I can't really think what he went through as a child, but right now I have to make him feel safe'. "It's okay... Your safe. No one is gonna hurt you." I told the sleeping Ghost.
My social and my comforting skills weren't the best, but I had to try. Ghost Dre's grip calmed down and he stopped shaking. Now Ghost Dre's arms wrapped around my waist into a hug. "Thank... You... Tech-y..." Ghost Dre said quietly.
Ghost Dre saying that made me smile. I felt a strong connection to Ghost Dre. He was like a precious little brother that I will protect at all cost. This took me some courage to say this, "Ghost Dre... I love you Bro" I said feeling myself blush at myself. I had never said that to anyone. After I got over the embarrassment I now went to sleep as well.
Tommy POV
I can see I woke up early today since I can barely see the sun peaking over the horizon. Techno, Phil, and Ghost Dre were asleep. I saw Techno had Ghost Dre in his arms. 'I'll make fun of him latter' I thought while snickering.
I now went to Niki's old bakery to see how she was doing. I entered and I saw Niki starting to place freshly baked goods in display. "HELLO Niki" I said cheery. Niki jumped and looked at me in disbelief. "T-Tommy? What are you doing out here all the way in L'manberg?" Niki asked me still in a state of shock. "Hehe well I brought someone who is new around here and showed him around." I told Niki. "Someone NEW!?" Niki said with excitement plastered over her face.
'Shit I should have kept my mouth shut.' I told myself in my head. "Um Yeah, he's new around so Me, Techno, and Phil were showing him around." I said not wanting to say that it was Dream. I could practically see the sparkle in Niki's eyes. "CAN I MEET HIM? ITS BEEN SO LONG SINCE I'VE MET SOMEONE NEW?" Niki said ecstatic. This was a tough question question to answer but I figured that we couldn't just hide Ghost Dre from everyone. "Um yeah. You can meet him but promise me that you won't freakout." I didn't know how Niki would react since. No one has really seen dream since he was taken away from the prison by Nightmare.
"Yes I won't freakout. Can I just meet him please?" Niki was way more excited than Tommy thought. "Alright, I can bring you to him right now." I said thinking it was better to get it over with right now than later. Niki packed pastry for the "new person" and cleaned her shop.
After a while of walking I brought Niki over to where Techno, Phil, and Ghost Dre are. I saw that Techno, Phil, and Ghost Dre were still asleep. 'what time did they fall asleep?' I thought. "Here's where we brought him." I told Niki and she was amazed at the state of L'manhole. "H-how is there nature growing around here?" Niki said in shock.
"Well our new guest might be the reason for that. Hehe" I said, based off of Niki's facial expressions I could see she was Happy, Shocked, and confused. "ALSO HERE is Ghost Dre." I said changing the subject but also kinda waking up Ghost Dre as well. Niki was gonna gasp loudly but she covered her mouth. "That's D-Dream?" I can see that Niki was shocked to see Dream as a ghost but also a little kid in Techno's arms. "Yeah, he kinda was killed is now back as a kid ghost now." I can see Niki's eyes watering.
Niki POV
Me and Dream never were on bad conditions more like on good terms. I remember when I opened my shop dream bought our Pastry multiple times and he would be nice at our store, which brought a smile to mine and Puffy's face. So now seeing Dream dead and a little boy hurt me deeply.
Dream was now looking at me with his bright bluish eyes. He the smiles at me, his smile still hasn't changed that much. Dream floated out of Techno's arms and floated towards me. "Hello Miss" Dream said to me, I tried my best to not cry but seeing Dream smile like this made remember when times where peaceful and there were no conflicts. I broke down crying.
"M-Miss! I-I'm sorry if I did something wrong when I was alive... I'm sorry..." Dream said floating behind Tommy. "No No. It's okay Dream. I forgive you. I don't hate you, I'm happy to see you again." I said assuring Dream that I wasn't crying for what he did before when he was alive.
Dream came out from behind Tommy and he floated towards me. "Here have a cookie" I told Dream and he smiled at me and took the cookie.
"Thank you, Miss..."
"Niki..."
