The Pillow - I (Taehyung FF)

20 - Who were they?

Tae's pov : 

I walk up to my bed and lay down. I felt sick and tired. I knew something was wrong in this house. Earlier when we were preparing for Jin's birthday in the living room. We were all having fun making things special for Jin.

We were in the living room preparing for his surprise and I continuously heard a girl's voice humming. It was a girl's voice murmuring as well. I was very terrified I went to all the members to ask if they could hear it but they said my brain was worked up and that's why I am hearing all such voices.

Finally, we are done with the preparation. Someone put a hand on my shoulder I look back to see who it was. It was Jimin.

"Hey Tae, we just wanted to tell you that I and Hoseok have been hearing some kind of murmuring all the time." I shook my head in understanding cause I have heard it clear this time and I was pretty sure about it. I also felt at least one member would come up saying they have heard it. I didn't pay much attention to the voice. Then suddenly I could feel the lights being turned off. Jin was about to arrive. 

After Jin Hyung came down while cutting the cake u could hear a faint voice that sang the happy birthday song. It sang as. Happy birthday to you Jin Oppa. That was odd, none of the big-hit staff call him Oppa and there was no other girl in the house who would dare to do it. My brain was so fussed. I didn't know what to believe and what not to. The lights were dim, and all of us were in the party mood.  

I could see some faint figures. There came Jhope who was very terrified followed by Jimin who was pointing out something. My eyes went wide when I knew what was happening. I could see the Juice bottles being lifted and getting empty. I could not process it. We could not figure out if it was a person or someone drinking. 

I told Jimin to call the rest of the members to see this except for Jin Hyung. We didn't want him to freak out and his birthday to be spoiled. We all dismissed slowing Hoseok making his way towards RM, Jimin towards Suga, and I towards JK.

We all gather together. They saw what was happening and were shocked. RM the brightest among all of us told me to switch on the lights without anyone knowing. I went towards the switchboard. I had my eyes glued to the juice bottle in the air and so did the other members.

I switched on the lights which flashed brightly. We all could see that the bottle was still in the air as if a ghost was drinking from it. The bottle suddenly fell down and was left abandoned.

I looked at other members who looked as if they have just seen the ghost. Jhope had already passed out. JK was all excited while Jimin had fear in his eyes. Suga had a blank expression. RM suddenly spoke up, Don't let Jin know about this. We will talk about this later. Just act as if nothing happened and act normal. Let's just drink and finish the night. We will discuss it some other day.

We all agreed to it and went our way. All of us tried our best to forget the incident for a few hours. Suga and RM had gone to bed while Jimin and JK had passed out. Jhope was struggling to climb the stairs towards his room.

I went to Jin Hyung who said that our manager was taking a pillow with him. For once I felt that maybe the voice was from my pillow. When I looked at the pillow it was not mine. It means that the voice was not from the pillow. I relaxed. I will do the finding out part some other time. I m really worked up for today and need a good night's sleep. I snuggle into my bed with my pretty pillow and off to sleep.
