The Night Shadow (EXO Sehun)

Chapter 21

Lay concentrated on trying to determine the stability of Diana's angelic and demonic blood. But both blood mixed, triggering both sides to fight over her. She still couldn't calm down, her eyes tightly shut, her mouth opened gasping for air, sometimes she would scream in agony and her face was so pale they thought she was near her death. Sehun on the other hand, was so weak and so tired that they just let him lay on the floor, having a good sleep while they tend to help Diana.

"Sehun might've accidentally fed on her angelic blood and removed the demonic blood instead of aiming for the normal blood which he was suppose to bit on her wrist... Not the neck. She still has a bit of demon blood in her. If we want her to survive... We have to take one of the fallen angel's blood during the exodus era's war. Those will help her. And we need it now!"

Kai and D.O went back to EXO planet to take the blood. No matter what it takes. Luhan and Baekhyun was feeling tired as both of them held Diana for hours. Tao told them to rest and not to worry because they could take over. Although Luhan didn't want to... Kris's death glare scared the wits out of him. Tao and Chen took over holding her, Suho and Lay were doing the medication and researching work while the others (Chanyeol, Xiumin, Kris) were cleaning up the house, preparing for the blood transfusion.

After about half an hour, Kai and D.O still didn't show up. They were starting to worry as Diana was half dead half alive. Tao got an idea but he was too afraid with the after results... He suggested to turn back time and stop Sehun from feeding off Diana. He also had another idea... If he can just slow down time to prevent the rapid unstability processes in Diana's body and also to ease her. Although majority agreed on the first one and told him to go on, he still wanted to go for the second one first.

So Xiumin asked him to try the second idea. But no matter how hard he tried to slow down the time or stop it, Diana wasn't effected. She was still in the same frenzy state as before. Without a choice, Tao commenced the first idea. He turned back time and stopped when Diana was walking slowly towards Sehun. Lay figured out that Sehun was starting to feel his angelic blood rising, thats why he had chest pains. The devil was bound to control him. But the angelic side was fighting over.

And because of his half consciousness, he mistakenly bit into Diana's neck instead of her wrist. Before Diana could even come close to contact with Sehun, Chanyeol held her hand and pulled her away. Sehun was held by Chen and Xiumin while Lay tried to memd his unstability. But that changed when Woo Bin attacked them kidnapping both Diana and Sehun along.

"NO!!" Shouted Kris, staggering towards Diana and Sehun who was dragged and tied with a rope around their necks. Both of them were trying hard to free themselves. Kris tried to run faster but the more he did the more he felt weak, and he realised that he was shot with a poison.

"Diana...." He whispered before blacking out.

Kris knew it was his fault. If only he told the others that he saw Woo Bin at the end of the road.

If only he didn't shrug it off.

If only he didn't think that they were strong enough to just defeat WooBin.

If only.... He remembered what Diana has in her veins...

He was on his selfish attitude at that time. He thought there was enough powers and stamina to kill Woo Bin and protect both Sehun and Diana. He was proved wrong. So wrong he wished Tao could turn back time. But Tao himself dissapeared. They searched everywhere even at the dark corners of the world. But until now... There was no signs of him.

And because of his selfishness.... They were all banned from returning to EXO planet. They were to remain as werewolves and never to have their abilities ever again. And he lost his friendship. His brothers. Most importantly.... His family.

I'm so sorry this chapter is so short.

I just can't write longer chapters now. I have topical test twice a month. My mid year is approaching and my Olevel exam is just 7 moths away.
