The Night Shadow (EXO Sehun)

Chapter 8

The vampires were brought to the high councils at MAMA palace. It was morning at that time and the sun was scorching. The vampires were asked questions but they would only keep quiet. The council had enough and exposed the vampires to the rays of sunlight. The vampires brayed at the contact. It was excruciating.

"I'll ask again William. Where is Woo Bin and Sehun?" William still remained quiet. So the head council killed his followers by ripping their heads off and burning their bodies. Even though his skin was in contact with the sun, he still restrained himself from screaming in agony. The angels was now back in Europe, dealing with a demon. They were told that it might be a few more weeks before they can head back home and guard Diana, protecting her from Sehun especially Woo Bin.

Meanwhile, Diana just got home from her part time job. After hitting the showers and having dinner, she went in her room and finished her assignments. Already feeling drowsy, she finally gave in and decided to sleep. She made sure all her stuffs were already in her bag and turned on her alarm.

"Stay away from me!" Diana shouted running away effortlessly around a dark building. She was confronting Sehun again. And no matter how many times she ran away from him with a huge distance, he would always pick up his pace and stay on track with her.

"Leave me alone! Why do you keep on following me?!" She could feel her voice tremble and she was shivering from the sudden drop of temperature. Finally she saw a light at the far end of the room. But as she felt that she's getting close, the light will start to fade and move to other places. She suddenly fell six flights of stairs.

Her body was stiff and she wondered why she couldn't move. Now she was tied up to a chair. Her face sweaty and Sehun was right infront of her, walking closer and closer. "No! Stay away from me! What do you want?! And who are you?!"

"Sehun... And what do I want from you? Your abilities." As he got close to her, she noticed his facial features. His handsome face captivated her.

*THUMP*

Diana landed on the rough surface of the floor, her pillows still on top of the bed and her blanket tangled but still wrapped around her. She groaned at the pain and tried to recall back her dream. 'Sehun? Abilities?' She thought. Looking the time, it was still 3 in the morning. She stood up and lay on the bed, continuing her disturbed sleep.

*BEEP. BEEP. BEEP.*

She woke up almost immediately and hit the showers. Since she woke up early, she has time to eat breakfast. Eating a fried omelette and rice, she washed it down with an apple juice. She headed out and met the old couple. "Annyeonghaseyo!" She greeted with a smile. The elders returned the greet and smiled back.

There was still time before class started. So she wandered around the school's garden and sat on the grass. She hated to admit but she couldn't help it. She missed the boys. They didn't even call or text her. The idea of them never coming back also occured in her mind. She almost jumped when someone was suddenly sitting beside her.

It was Seungho, one of Lee Joon's gang.

"If you think Lee Joon sent me to get you then no. I just came to have an alone time."

"Aniyo... I didn't think about it. So uhm... Is this like your favourite spot?" She asked, looking at the yellow primroses.

"Ne, hey.. I heard you're a pro at drawing. You should join the portrait thing contest." Diana couldn't help but giggle at him.

"Wae?" Just as Diana was about to answer, the bell rang signalling class periods are starting. They both stood up and headed to their homeroom together. Seungho sat beside Diana, taking Luhan's place since it will be another one month of absence for the 11 of them. Basically, they both hang out together even at Diana's part time job at the bubble tea shop.

Lee Joon however, was keeping an eye on both of them with the rest of his gang. He was blazing with jealousy. Not to mention he even followed them to Diana's apartment. As Seungho was back on the streets heading home, Lee Joon approached him.

"Lee Joon? What brings you here?" Asked Seungho, looking at Lee Joon with curiosity.

"I should be asking you that question. What are you doing here? With Diana?"

"Oh come on. Don't tell me you're jealous. I was just accompanying her..."

"For almost the whole day? I called you for how many times but you rejected it."

"Okay. Mianhae for being close with her. Jebal... Stop being so clingy."

Last update for tonight. I know I said two or more but I just don't have any more ideas right now and i'm freakin sleepy plus its already late at my country. Mianhae *bows* I'll make it up to you all tomorrow ;)
