The Night Shadow (EXO Sehun)

Chapter 18

It took them almost 5 hours to wait for Diana to wake up. They fixed the door and tried to figure out who was behind the catastrophe. Lay, Chen, Suho and Baekhyun stayed to look after Diana while the others head out to find clues. On their way out, they discovered the incunabula of the incident. One of the fairies were killed. Her blood was drained and it was the same blood that was used on the wall. How did they tell? The colour and the smell.

But they knew it must be one of Woo Bin's demons. It just had to. Who would want to harm her and take her more than Woo Bin?

Lay tried to remove the bruise on Diana's head and finally, she woke up despite the fact that she wanted to stay asleep. "God... What happened? Why.. Why is my head bandaged? And where are the others?"

The others exchanged glances and fought in their minds until Baekhyun spoke up. "Well... You tried to see who was at the door but uhm... You kinda smacked yourself to the door."

'Nice going Baekhyun... Like that reason seemed legit....' Said Chen in Baekhyun's thoughts. Baekhyun rolled his eyes.

The four tried their best to cover up and help Diana the best way possible. Even when they tried to feed Diana so that she can get some energy, she still refused and only wanted to drink water. But for the others, they were still on demand for an answer. Diana was still dizzy, but that didn't stop her from going to Sehun's apartment. She knocked at the door while calling out his name. But there was still no answer. She called his phone and it was ringing but still there was no answer. She decided to break her way in, like it or not.

Diana blundered, taking a few steps backward, ready to charge to the door. But as she went closer, the door swung open and couldn't halt her steps so she ended up falling down. She looked up and saw Sehun, looking down at her with a smile.

"How dare you smile at me! I swear I'm going to kill you OH SEHUN!!!!" She barked and stood up while grabbing onto his polo shirt.

"Whoah whoah. Hold your horses. Whats your reason of doing so miss Jung?"

"You left me alone without even telling. To hell with that reason! Why didn't you answer my calls or even reply my text message?! Where the hell have you been?!"

"I... I had to deal with something important and I left my phone by accident."

Diana could see the sincerity in his eyes so she decided to believe him. "Mianhae.." She whispered. She wondered why she was in the verge of crying. Was it because she thought she was going to lose her bestfriend? Or because she missed him. Questions wondered around. Why was she so upset with Sehun's absence for the past few days?

Sehun pulled her into a hug and she started to cry. "Why are you crying? I'm already here aren't I? Mianhae... Mianhae... I promise I won't leave without telling you. I love you..."

"Mworago?" She asked, looking up to Sehun and thinking that her ears deceived her.

"I said, I *kisses forehead*"

"Love *kisses nose*"

"You *pressed his lips to hers."

Diana was starting to get weak so she held on to Sehun. She wanted to reply but she felt so light headed and was thankful that Sehun was holding her tight in his arms. Sehun was smirking in victory because he finally managed to get her. The four angels suddenly sensed his presence so they quickly went out and was about to face him when they were gaping to see Diana lying unconcious on the bed, her face pale and Sehun was already in his shadow form.

"Hello. You do know its rude when you enter someone's house without knocking. I thought angels have manners in them. Well... Nevermind that. Like what you see?"

"What have you done to her?!" Chen asked angrily.

"Is it wrong for me to kiss my girlfriend? And thanks to Woo Bin, her energy is slowly draining. By all means, she is giving me more power. She can't cure me Suho. I know what you're thinking. NONE OF YOU WILL BE TAKING HER AWAY FROM ME!!"

Somehow, a strong invisible force threw them out and the door immediately closed. The four was banging on the door, lashing and asking Sehun to open the door. And they were close to a heart attack when Sehun was right behind them. Cackling almost abruptly. But what worries them the most is when Diana was also there, into her demonic form.

"D-Diana?!" Stuttered Baekhyun.

Before Diana could do anything, Kris charged towards her knocking her to the ground. Chanyeol and Kai tried to imprison Sehun in a shadow lock but it was no use considering that he can move faster than the wind. Diana was struggling with Kris and Luhan pinning her down to the floor, trying to avoid her from running away.

Luhan, Kris, Chanyeol and Tao held her, bringing her inside to avoid human contact. They tried to remove the demon out from her body but it was no use since she just turned into one a few minutes ago. The boys couldn't hold her down so all of them were thrown against the wall. She was close to escaping when suddenly she fainted.

Slowly, they approached her, slowly guiding her into the room.

"So what did you guys discover?" Suho asked them.

Xiumin let out a sigh, and then started to explain.

"All clues leads to Woo Bin's demons. We tried tracking them down and it was located at the far end of the cave of the southern forest. We could enter, but if we get discovered, then we might not see daylight again. These creatures are stronger than us. The good side is losing. Sehun is stronger because he is drinking 2 bloods of the good. If we don't reveal Diana our world and train her as best as we could, then this might be the end. We can't hide it anymore. We need to show her that there are demons everywhere. She has to know that this world is dangerous than it seems."
