I slowly opened my eyes, adjusting to the dark room. I was sitting on a chair, hands tied behind my back. I felt a sharp pain in my stomach, and soon figured out I got shot.

"Well well well, look who's awake."

Noah.

"Time to pay for leaving me." I looked at him. "You can't hurt me."

He stood inches from me, staring me down.

"Yes I can." Suddenly, he turned on the lights, and right across from me, was Axl, also tied up. Noah cut me off before I could say anything. "You don't think I didn't know where you were this whole time?" I stared at him. I tried not showing weakness, but on the inside, I was completely unsure of what to do.

He pulled out a knife, walking over to an already bruised and bleeding Axl. His mouth was covered with tape, so he couldn't say anything.

"This guy came looking for you, after you left him." He put the knife inches from Axl's throat. "Did you really think you were safe with him?"

My vision started getting blurry, I was losing blood. And fast. He turned his attention to Axl, which was perfect for me. I was slowly moving my belt, so the buckle was on my back.

By the time I got it, I used the buckle to cut my rope, but I kept my hands behind me.

"Now, I may not be able to hurt you physically," Noah started, "But I can hurt you emotionally." He started cutting Axl's throat. I went wide-eyed, as Axl's facial expression changed painfully.

That's when I struck.

I moved quickly, grabbing his wrist with the knife, knocking it out of his hands. He punched me, reaching for his knife. Before he got to it, I pushed him away, constantly punching and kicking.

He yanked at my hair, dragging me across the room. He pulled out his gun, pointing it at me.

"Move." he said, "I dare you."

I stared for a second, before deciding to stay put. He walked back over to Axl, picking up the knife on the way. I looked around, looking for any weapon.

That's when I found another gun. I slowly crawled over, grabbing it. I've never used a gun before, but I knew it was locked and loaded.

I got up, pointing at Noah. He wasn't aware, until I got real close.

Before he could do anything, I pulled the trigger. His body fell to the ground.

Dead.

I walked over to his lifeless body, shooting him again, just to be sure.

I then dropped the gun, and ran over to Axl, who was unconscious at this point.

"I'm so sorry." I whispered, untying it. I took his handkerchief from his forehead, placing it on other wounds he had.

"I'm sorry Axl." I felt myself tearing up, as I heard sirens getting closer.

"Ashlyn!" I looked at the door, where Slash and the others ran over. I got extremely dizzy, tasting blood in my mouth.

"The medics are coming." I looked over at Izzy, before completely blacking out.

......

I've been in the hospital for a week now. Honestly, I'm not surprised. The guys came everyday, except Axl. At first, I thought it was because he was in a hospital bed of his own.

Until the day they discharged me.

I was walking with Slash out the door, to Axl's car.

"Isn't Axl still in the hospital?" I asked as he pulled out of the parking lot.

"No, he got discharged yesterday." I simply nodded. "Let me guess, your taking me back to that place."

"Yeah." He paused, "You need to work it out with Axl." I sighed, "I thought he didn't want to se-"

"Yes, he wants to see you." He paused again, "Ashlyn, he likes you. Like, a lot." I stared at the window, not showing any reaction. "I know you like him too." I felt myself blush a little.

"See." I gave him a look, before laughing.

"Ok, well." I said, getting serious. "He said himself that we shou-"

"Your going to talk to him." With that, the conversation was finished.

The car ride felt a lot quicker than normal.

We pulled up to the house, and I slowly got out.

"Why are you stalling?" Slash asked, already at the door. "Because I can."

I finally walked inside, greeted by a group hug with Duff Izzy and Steven.

"He's on the back porch." Slash said, walking back into the kitchen. I nodded, hesitating, before walking out there.

Axl was sitting on one of the porch swings. I sat down next to him, and we sat there for at least five minutes in silence.

"I'm sorry." Axl said. I looked over at him. "If I did-"

"It's not your fault." I said. "It's mine."

"It's not your fault, either."

I looked at Axl for a couple of seconds, not knowing what to say.

"But," Axl started, lowering his voice. "I just didn't want to hurt you." He looked at me, "I think I like you though." He paused, "and I just didn't want to-"

"Axl." I cut him off. "Just shut up and kiss me already."

And he did.

Everything about the kiss, the way he wrapped his arms around me, the way his lips gently touched mine, it was all perfect.

He was perfect.

"Ooohh." We both instantly broke away, as the other guys stood at the doorway.

"Run." Slash mumbled, and they all took off back inside, as Axl followed them closely. I laughed, walking back inside.

Everything about this was perfect.

I had Axl.
