4 years later:
Roxy's pov:
I was in Lia's room helping her with her kids, when Johnny ran in. He was going somewhere with my brother today. "I'm leaving now. Bye, I love you!" Luca kissed me and ran out off the room. "Love you!" I yelled after him, but that wasn't a good idea, because little Alex woke up in my arms. "Good morning little one." "Mornin'." He yawned and snuggled back into me.
"Mamma?" Viola asked. She was sitting on the edge of her bed while Lia brushed her hair. "What is love, mamma?" I looked at my sister as she stopped brushing the seven-year-old's hair.
"Ehm." I gave Lia a look that said 'Do you need help'. She than shook her head no and continued to brush her daughter's hair.
"You know," Lia started, "love is a feeling that's happening between two people who love each other." "How do you know that you love someone?" I playfully rolled my eyes. Kids and their questions.
"You care about them." Lia answered, smiling softly. Viola then turned around and asked a painful but beautiful question. "Who do you love, mamma?" Oh no. "Sh-." I started as I wanted to help Lia, but Lia didn't hesitate to answer. "I love you and your brother. I love untie Roxy and uncle Johnny. I love grandma and grandpa. I love my family." She smiled and looked at me. "We love you too." I said.
Now you're asking what happened in these four years that we skipped. Starting with my family. My sister adopted Viola and gave birth to little Alex. She went through a lot of pain after she gave birth to him. Now I don't mean the physical one, but the mental one. She couldn't get through that that the love of her life, Alexander, died for a long time, and after seeing and raising a smaller version of him, broke her even more. She wanted the pain to go away, but after a while she realised that it never will and she'll just have to learn how to live with it.
Johnny doesn't have anything new. He just loves to be the favourite uncle. He was the one who thought Viola English.
Luca and I had a wedding. It was black themed, mostly because I wanted a black dress.
Option 1:
Option 2:(A/N: I couldn't just pick one could I?)
The best part was when we wanted Moon to bring our rings to us, which were attached to her collar, but she fell asleep and there was no way waking that demon up when she sleeps.
Now, about me. There was a lot that happened in these five years. My whole life changed. I went from being a teenager with no problems beside school, to being an adult who rules a mafia and is in danger every second of her life. Everyone thinks that I'm strong and that I'm never scared, but I wasn't raised into this. It was and still is hard for me to understand, I just never show it. I never showed how hard it was for me to start a new life so quickly, maybe that's why everyone thinks that I am what I pretend to be. I pretend to be Roxanne Jemma Marquesa, but there will always be Adriana Roxvel inside me. I was borned to be Roxy, but raised to be Adriana and there will be no chance that I'll be just one of them. I'll always be a shy, stupid and ugly girl, but if people wants me to be a fearless, heartless, smart and beautiful woman, than I will be, and I will never show who I really am. I will always keep my secrets for my self, the same way as the secrets in the mafia.
The end.

A/N: This is the end. It wasn't supposed to be a happy ending, but oh well. I will be rewriting some chapters, mostly the first ones. Thank you all who read it.
