LAUREN'S POINT OF VIEW
"Kylie please help me!" I say loudly barging into her bedroom.
"Woah, calm down. What do you need?" She replies.
"Trevor's taking me on a date tonight and I have no idea what to wear!"
"Say no more," she says and I lead her back to my bedroom.
She rummages through my closet for a few minutes until she says, "Ah ha!"
She takes out bleached denim high waisted shorts with gold studs on the right front pocket, a sky blue muscle tank, with a white bralette with lace on the sides, and to top it off, white and gray high top converse with minions on them. (Outfit pictured on side/ beginning of chapter)
"Perfect!" I say with delight and hug her. "Now leave so I can change," I say whilst shoving her out the door.
I change into my clothes and also put on a skeleton hand ear cuff onto one ear and a snake ear cuff onto the other. I also put my hair into a messy bun. I look myself over in the mirror and am happy with my appearance.
"Oh snap!" Kylie exclaims when I exit my room.
I hear the doorbell ring and skip happily downstairs to open then door.
"Hey Lauren," Trevor says after I open up our front door. "You look beautiful."
"You don't look too bad yourself," I reply. He's wearing a black short sleeved shirt, skinny jeans, and mustard yellow vans.
We climb in his car and we start to drive.
"Where are we going?" I ask.
"My lips are sealed," Trevor answers. He takes my hand in his and smiles slyly at me before turning his attention back to the road.
"We're almost there," Trevor explains around 15 minutes later. "Almost to Six Flags."
We arrive and Trevor pays for the tickets. "Where should we go first?" He asks.
"Should we start with the Ferris wheel?" I question.
"Sounds good to me."
We get about halfway through the line when I start to get really excited and silently plead for the people in front of us to just hurry up.
"The view is just beautiful, isn't it," I say once we've reached the top. I look to Trevor for a reply and find that he's staring at me.
"Whatcha thinkin' about?" I ask him.
"You. I really love you, you know that?"
I blush and before I know it, Trevor's lips are on mine.
"I love you too," I say to Trevor after the kiss has been broken.
We get off the Farris wheel and stop at the exit thinking of our next destination.
"Let's ride a roller coaster. How 'bout that one?" I say pointing up to one with a really tall drop.
"Are you sure? Have you ever been on one like this before?" Trevor says worryingly.
"Nope!" I exclaim with glee. "But I really wanna go on one."
"Alrighty then."
I begin to regret going on the ride on the way up to the big drop. Trevor must've sensed my nervousness as he squeezes my hand and tells me that he's right there to protect me.
After the ride, I feel sick with a migraine and a feeling like I'm about to throw up. I'm almost positive it's from going upside down on the coaster.
"Would you feel better if we left the park and went home to watch Netflix or something?" Trevor asks.
"Sounds perfect," I reply.
