I laid my head against his bare chest as he wrapped his arms around my body making me feel safe.
"Do you know you make me feel safe when I'm like this with you?" I said softly almost in a whisper
"Ooh really?" JJ asked a little surprised
"Yes, I don't know why, but I feel good, I feel safe when I'm with you" I said pulling away from him so I could look him in the eyes
"Good because as long as you're with me nothing will happen to you. I promise princess" JJ said winking at me and giving me a brief kiss on the cheek
I leaned back against him allowing him to wrap his arms around my body again.
After some time JJ and I decided to go back to the others.
"So the two lovebirds have had enough time to date?" Pope said teasing us
"Can you just SHUT UP please" I yelled
"Just SHUT UP Pope" JJ yelled after me
"Okay, okay fine, no need to scream" Pope said softly
We all continue to surf.
We were having so much fun that we didn't even realize it was already past lunchtime and it was almost 5 p.m.
We take our towels by wrapping them around us so we could dry.
It started to get windy and as I had a went towel I started to get cold.
When JJ realized he quickly came to my side hugging me with his towel so I could get warmer.
"Owowow... thank you blondie" I said with a big smile
"You're welcome princess" JJ said hugging me tightly
After we were all dry, we went to the chateau and showered.
When we were all ready we went to Kiara's parents' restaurant where we ate for free after a long conversation between Kiara and her dad trying to convince him.
"So because of that I won't be able to be with you tomorrow, I have to come to work" Kie said a little sad
"If you need help I can come too" I said making her look at me in surprise
"No, it's not necessary. But thanks" Kie said with a smile
"I think your parents don't like us very much" John B said looking from Kie to her father
"Well, I think so too, and if they like it must be just Y/N" Pope replied
"How can you not like her right?" JJ said looking at me with a smirk
"How funny Maybank" I said pushing his shoulder playfully
JJ laughed
"Well, as we are all finished, we can go home. Kie are you coming?" John B asked
"No, I'll help my parents fix this and then I'll go with them" Kie replied
"Okay then, bye kook" John B said jokingly
"Goodbye" Me, JJ and Pope said
The four of us went out.
"Pope we will leave you at your home" John B said
"Okay" Pope simply said
We leave Pope and went back to the chateau.
"I'm super tired. I'm going to bed. Good night you two. And I don't want anything to happen during the night... you hear?" John B said serius looking at me and JJ
"I promise nothing" JJ said teasing John B
I bumped into JJ's shoulder on purpose.
"Relax brother, nothing will happen. I promise" I replied
"Okay, I trust you. Just... don't let me down" John B said hugging me
"I won't" I said hugging him back
"I want a hug too" JJ said with puppy eyes
"Come here" I opened my arms hugging him tightly
John B went to bed leaving JJ and me in the living room.
I was lying on JJ's lap.
We spent an hour in the living room watching TV until I started to get tired.
"I'm going to bed, I'm tired. Good night blondie" I said giving him a kiss on his cheek
"Wait for me, I'll go with you" he said getting up quickly after me
"Sorry JJ, I think we better not sleep together. I sleep on the sofa, after all that's your room" I said turning to face him
"This is because of what Kiara told you isn't it?" JJ asked with a sad look
"No... uh... I mean, maybe" I said looking down
"I already understood that she likes me, but listen, I don't like her the same way" JJ said lifting my head making me look him in the eye
"How... how do you know that?" I asked
"Oh come on, it's pretty obvious! On top of that now that you've arrived we get very close and she's always looking at us" JJ said with a little smile
"Yeah you are right. And why don't you talk to her and say you don't feel the same?" I simply asked
