Here we have my OC for my Freedom AU. Her name is Sophie Grant, and she's a young lady in her early-mid twenties. I'm gonna confess, she isn't as fleshed out as I'd like her to be just yet. I'm still working on her actual character, aside from being a plot devise (。_。)
Originally, when I was going to write this AU, there was no Sophie Grant. There was only myself... the author. Since I'm not the biggest fan of 'reader inserts', I came up with Sophie to be a character in my place. I also made it a note to give her an appearance that was polar opposite from myself--save for gender. I am, in fact, not a curly-haired ginger with green eyes who functions just fine being awake all hours of the early morning!
The first image is of Sophie when she started the night shift at Freddy's, and second is of her that I use as a profile pic. If you've read Question of Freedom or Finding Freedom, then you'd know why I drew Sophie with a Bonnie plush ;)
-excerpt from 'Finding Freedom', chapter 15-
It wasn't until now, that Sophie realized she'd never gotten up close to the 'animatronics'. Ever since she was a kid, she always thought there was something different about them. But it was a good different.
Going up to the characters on stage, Sophie kept her flashlight on Freddy. She spent a couple of minutes just staring at the three of them, trying to put a finger on what made them stand out from the characters at the Chuck E. Cheese down the street.
