I.... *sigh* First honest to goodness, actual 'Freddica' fanart since... like, 2019? Even then, I'm not sure if that counted as actual ship art since it was just character designs of Freddy and Chica, but on separate sheets of paper. Maybe it does count because of the context of the 2 drawings??(If ya'll wanna see those, I'd be happy to eventually post them here).

 Anyways, first official ship art in nearly three years, and it's not even purely FNAF. It's a FNAF ship, but in the theme of a Musical Theatre show. This is the kind of stuff that happens when I re-watch 'Jekyll and Hyde'. . . Again. . . For the hundreth time （*゜ー゜*）[I definitely do not have 80% of the musical memorized I swears-]

So, there's this youtube channel called 'The King's Academy*'. They upload recordings of their students' musical performances, and just last year they re-performed 'Jekyll and Hyde'. IT'S. AMAZING.  ̶L̶e̶g̶i̶t̶ ̶c̶o̶u̶l̶d̶ ̶t̶a̶l̶k̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶e̶a̶r̶ ̶o̶f̶f̶ ̶t̶a̶l̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶b̶o̶u̶t̶ ̶i̶t̶-̶ Please go check it out! 15/10. 

OK ANYWAYS. I also just recently completed an Undertale fic/retelling of Jekyll and Hyde. That was fun. However, since I replaced the love interest with Sans and Papyrus, (playing the role of the loving and supportive sons), there ended up being zero romance.

Enter, Freddy and Chica! I'd be completely INSANE to re-write that whole fic and make it FNAF themed just so I can write Freddica romance into it, so I settled for drawing it as the second best option. In general, I love drawing characters as/cosplaying as other characters. I mean, I've freaking drawn Bonnie and Toy Chica as two characters from the Netflix Series, "A Series of Unfortunate Events" for crying out loud. But, it's super fun.

And really, what it honestly boils down to, is that this was just an excuse to draw Freddy and Chica in 1880's style outfits lol

Enough ranting! Onto actual details of the drawing-

If you're still reading, bless you~ I have drawn Freddy as Henry Jekyll, and Chica as his fiancé, Emma Carew. Jekyll's outfit in the whole musical is pretty straight-forward. You got your white dress shirt underneath the vest with a bowtie and dress pants.

 I tried to copy the dress TKA* used for Emma's costume, (from the first video below), except I change the colors since--let's be real---turquoise green is not Chica's color. I drew her dress the same style as Emma's but changed the black lace to white, and then did a shade of a dark/non-vibrant purple-violet for the rest of the dress. (I'm not good at knowing color names if you haven't noticed xD)
