The idea for this drawing escalated rather quickly. So, I wanted to do another drawing of Bonnie so I could test a new purple marker I'd bought specifically for coloring Bonnie with. Well, I was trying to think of ideas for what to draw, then my brain was like "Haha, angst go brrrr" and well, here we are. A scene from Without Warning, where mIsTeR Charles White is 'punishing' his 'circus animals' for performing badly.

Gold, speaking with Springtrap:
"Whenever that madman took to whipping me and Bonnie, I'd usually try to put myself between the two. To try and lessen the hits on Bonnie. That obviously resulted in my injuries bein' more... severe. I could tell when I'd told this to Freddy, he was upset about me getting more hurt than I'd needed to. But I could also tell he couldn't be mad with me, because I did it to try and spare Bonnie."
"He's younger than I am, and is arguably more full of life than me. Seeing him suffer any more than he already did at the hands of White... it hurt me. I'd lost some of my excitement, and bright outlook on life way back after the incident at the Diner, and that was while we were still enslaved to Fazbear Entertainment. I'd hate to see the same happen to Bonnie, now that we're all free. It's no way to live."
